After dealing with numerous other companies who were unhelpful and vague about many things, our dealings with Wagonex need atleast a good review. We are truly impressed. Avoid Wagonex and Electric Zoo : huge checkout bills !
Wagonex connected us to 'Electric Zoo' who tried to claim all sorts of damages upon return of the vehicle. We had rented the vehicle for over 6 months, and there were small superficial scratches to 1 or 2 of the wheel hub-caps. Normal wear and tear. Electric Zoo wanted money to replace all four wheels and also charged us for full valetting even though we had the car fully cleaned at a garage.
This is blatant profiteering. Do not use unless you want an extremely large bill upon checkout. Ours was over £700!
