Walking Sticks Reviews

Extremely disappointed with my experience.

I ordered a walking stick for my dad, and the product was never delivered (even though website cliams to be delivering any product dispatched same day) . Despite regular follow‑ups, I kept receiving empty assurances and no real action. The item was marked as “complete” even though it was not delivered at all, and the customer support has been completely unresponsive and unhelpful.

This delay has directly affected my dad’s mobility both inside and outside the home, which makes the lack of responsibility even more frustrating. Poor customer service, no proper communication, and still no product. I'd would rethink to recommend this service to anyone.

Sorry

The stick I received was great initially. A folding walking stick with hinged seat. But after a weeks use on holiday the rubber stopper at the end broke through the stick. A great shame because it was excellent until then.

Great stick, well finished and seamless delivery.

Great customer service very informative Met all our needs thank you

Perfect! Great selection of sticks and very easy to order.
My dad now has a stick the right height for him and he loves it.
Thank you

So far I like the 3 products you have sold to me, but I have yet to test out the storm proof collapsible umbrella. I phoned twice to enquire about the dimensions (length) of the umbrella when collapsed but nobody got back to me. I get the impression that you are an in between agent between manufacturers and buyers, which is fine. But saying you will do something over the phone and not doing it is potentially off putting. Best wishes

We ordered the boot dryer, which was priced very competitively. It arrived quickly and was well packed. Recommended.

Excellent service and delivery. And Walking Stick also Excellent.

With a knee replacement coming up I was advised to use a walking stick and I have to say it was a godsend on our recent Italian holiday. It’s a very sturdy walking stick and as such gave me confidence saving me a lot of discomfort, plus it’s pretty too!

Good website with lots of choice. The walking stick I ordered arrived promptly and was exactly as described. I found the ergonomic handle very comfortable. It would have been useful to have included a band to hold the stick together when folded (I didn't want a storage bag)- fortunately I had a strong elastic band that did the job

The walking stick is so good, I wish I’d ordered two. It looks great but due to the moulding of the handle, it feels so comfortable. I love it

It folded up very well.fitted in a front pocket of a bag and never fell out. Light weight and helped with my walking on holiday.

Very happy with the product and the price.

Prompt response. Delivery longer than expected but that was down to Royal Mail. Ziggy stick perfect for putting in my carry on bag so handy for when I needed it.
