The purchased shooting stick is well made and does it's intended job. However, due to its adjustability it rattles as one walks. It would benefit from a tighter fit to eliminate the noise.

No happy the purchase
No happy the purchase, its heavy & the adjustable pole inside the outer rattles which is very annoying, where the inner pole comes out of the outer it rubs the paint off, the joining of the leather cover on the handles is overlapped then stitched not butted together making it uncomfortable on the hands

Sturdy and great height for short me
The walking stick I bought is very well made and the perfect height for me (5'4"). It was delivered quickly and packaged well. The only thing I would change is the handle. I use a stick full time and a gel handle would have been great. I couldn't find a gel handle on a short stick. Apologies to the company if I just didn't look hard enough!

Pleased with purchase
Website was easy to navigate, sent confirmation of my order and the stick arrived when it was supposed to. The stick is easy to fold and unfold and it has a pleasing pattern.
I have 2 criticisms. The stick makes a clicking sound,I assume due to the fact that it is made up in sections.
I have dropped it or it has fallen over and the handle has chipped.

Dear Stephen,
Thank you for your review, and please accept our apologies for the experience you have had with your order.
Having investigated this further, we identified that incorrect information regarding the maximum user weight had been displayed within our product listing. We are very sorry for this error and for the inconvenience it has caused you.
We also apologise that our initial returns instructions were not suitable for your circumstances. A free returns label was provided and, after you contacted us again, we advised how a free Royal Mail collection could be arranged from your address so that you would not need to visit a Post Office.
Once the item has been returned to us, we will ensure that your requested refund is processed promptly.
Kind regards,
Victor
