I asked for a refund and was told…
I asked for a refund and was told someone would get back to me in 24 hours - its been 3 weeks and no one ever got back to me, so it seems I'm stuck having spent this money and no way to get a refund.
Walking sticks replied to my review, which is great, and I have changed my rating. However, I have searched my mail and I do not seem to have the approval email - perhaps you could send it again?
