Thinking of buying from here. DON'T! I ordered three blouses. Looked great in the photo. Absolutely rubbish. On informing them that they were being returned due to inferior quality and very poor workmanship, they offered me a 20% refund, then a 30, then 50 and finally 80% refund and then told me that they are not accepting refunds due to COVID!!!! Doesn't mention that on their returns policy.

Just before Christmas, I strongly suspect this company called itself Warmbarn. I spent about £90 on various presents but nothing arrived and I had to claim back with my credit card company. Don't let them fool you if this is the same company trying to dodge the bad reviews.

I ordered 2 mops with replacement heads. Received 2heads. No mops. Spent £20. I am 70 don't need this hassle. 8 emails sent. Making out only ordered replacements.

Chinese company trying to make you think they are a UK company.
Ordered 2 belts on 28th February. Never arrived.
After a list of excuses, I've now asked for a refund from PayPal. Don't go near them!

I ordered a mop (came up on my Facebook page) and paid £17.98 including postage. Rather pricey but just what I thought I wanted! When a package arrived about 2 weeks later, I only received 3 mopheads - rather useless without a mop to put them on. When I complained I was told it was exactly what I ordered! Stupidly I ordered another one so I could use the mop heads! I have now paid £37.96 for 3 mop heads and no mop. Still waiting for the second delivery - I think it might be stuck in the Suez Canal!! Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. As everyone else says - I will never use this company again. Ironically John Lewis sells a similar product for under £10!!

I really wish I had read the reviews before I ordered anything from this company. I ordered the Rotatable mop with a replacement head. I am 86 and this light little mop would have been ideal for me. How disappointing to receive a minute triangle of material which is absolutely unusable. No mop, nothing like they described. How can they be brought to task? I am spreading the news as much as I can to NOT EVEN READ THEIR ADVERTS. That is £12 which I can ill afford on a pension.

I was also disgusted to receive just a mop head, when l was lead to believe that l was buying the whole mop, especially for the price l paid which was advertised as a reduced price. The company didn’t give accurate information as to when l could expect 'the mop'. I will definitely make a note not to buy from this company again

Just received a truangular

Absolutely disgusted the money I paid was for a mop with extended handle for cleaning shower tiles etc , just received a triangle shaped head no pole to fix it to , so it is useless . 🤬

If I Could choose no star that would be great! I ordered 2 cat transfers for the window total cost £24....? What absolute CRAP a complete RIP OFF it wasn’t worth £1..... DON’T BUY OF THIS SITE BE WARNED They are a TOTAL CON 😡😡😡

Hopeless delivery time and useless product. Ordered a pressure washer attachment that is a waste of money and not so sure l received the product that was advertised. A pathetic company to deal with very difficult to get any information about an order. Will not be buying anything else from this company ever again.

I ordered and received a “power washer” attachment fir my hose. Just used it, all it does is wet the slabs, doesn’t clean them at all. A complete and utter waste of time and £20.

Very disappointed with the service... I put my blame partially on the courier they use too.... I did get one e mail following my complaint; but in future I'll get my purchase from the local shop.... it took over 2 weeks to get my order.....to travel just a few miles.... they blamed Covid; that old cherry!!!! What will they blame when no more Covid??

Even with PayPal I did NOT get my money back they did not deliver my order completely.
They have no phone numbers or addresses so you can contact them. Their email replies are stock answers. They are marketing on Amazon and face book under three different names using same web site.
Do not use.

I ordered two pressure washers about 9 days ago needless to say no delivery tried to get in touch with warmdays via email got some daft reply to respond to the correct serial number not pleased with this reply in fact I think this company are defrauding people out of there money by not providing the goods that have been paid for I would warn people to think about using this company unless they up there game and play fair with the customer.yours sincerely Joseph.

I ordered the jeggings that are supposed to be uplifting and comfortable, there nothing like the advertisement, there shiny for a start very small fitting and the stitching that jeans have is all just printed on, look horrendous and cheap Chinese rubbish, do not order!!!!!!

I bought a bracelet from warmday for my sister birthday but still haven't arrived the money has already been taken out of my account do I need to get in touch with PayPal to get my money back and there was no confirmation in my email either this is the first time I have used warmday and it will be my last never using these again

Goods recieved finally size completely not suitable to my size which was taken from their instructions how to measure for correct cup size, not suitable for large chest only very small. Asked to return for a refund and was only offered a percentage of the costs even after making them aware I was going to report them to trustpilot they increased to 70% but I expect not to receive as had this once before with another company and no refund recieved DO NOT BUY FROM COMPANIES THAT ADVERTISE THROUGH GAMING CHANNELS.

Ordered a high pressure water jet, have not receive it, cannot get in touch with the company, just read he reviews, I wish I had given my money to the home less, rather than let this scam company pinch my money 💰

Dear Sir or Madam
As I haven't heard from you I need to write to you again. It is now almost 2 weeks since I received the letter of my product being on its way.
You haven't replied to my text and I am beginning to wonder if your company exists at all.
After having paid for my product plus almost £.5.00 for delivery I expect my product to have arrived after 10 days.
Please contact me as soon as possible and explain to me why my product still hasn't arrived after 2 weeks.

Also your tracking system doesn't seem to work.

Since this letter I contacted PayPal and they refunded me my cash thankfully.
