The whole order is just awful quality!!!
I ordered several items costing just over £100. When the very small package finally arrived I couldn't believe it contained everything: two bras/two pairs of jeans leggings/3 wrist phone holders/pair of socks. Everything is rubbish!!! the leggings are no more than printed tights. the phone holders are 4 inches square and not velcro fastening - just pull on, so will not go over even a female adult hand. The bras looked promising but nowhere near the sizes stated.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a magic fairy for my young granddaughter for Christmas. I was concerned when it arrived as it cost £20 but looked like a plastic market item that was nothing like what was promised from the photo on the website. Unsurprisingly it didn’t work and my complaints messages asking for a refund are being ignored. My granddaughter was so upset and that makes me very angry why companies like this are able to sell such rubbish.

Terrible product. Bought a running sleeve supposedly large enough to hold my phone but no chance of that. Flimsy, nasty rubbish and the customer service is awful. Charged me £12.95 for something worth less than a pound. Avoid. Should be removed from Facebook feeds.

Ordered mops plus replacement heads nearly £30 all I received were the heads which you would be able to get for a pound each. After initial reply to my email asking for reason of complaint which I had already supplied the only answer I received was telling me order had been dispatched. Now my emails are being ignored. Total rip off I have a load of unusable rubbish

I ordered the wrist key/money holders, these came and were not as advertised, they were half the size and useless! I have tried 3 times to get a refund and get the support response not related to my request.
DO NOT BUY from these people

Warmdays..... May I suggest you sort this out - before you lose all your customers!!

I may have got lucky now that I've read other reviews but I ordered items as presents that were in cardboard boxes. As these were only sent in a flimsy plastic bag it meant that the boxes were damaged and not fit to be given as gifts. I have written 3 times about a refund and gone round the same loop on each occasion just getting automated responses that culminate in requesting photos. I have sent photos each time and then nothing. No reply, no refund. Its a shame because the product itself was find and funky but Don't use them

Bought one of these phone bags for my granddaughter. All the stitching came out within an hour of putting phone in. Very disappointing for her and myself.

Made an order with them on the 9th Dec still haven't received anything, can't get in contact with them it's a big scam stay away from this company they are rubbish

Absolutely Dire as most reviews have said. After two weeks my item has still not been shipped. Unable to get a human to reply to any of my email and no number to phone support. AVOID AT ALL costs !!!

a bit slow arriving, however got exactly what I ordered, very happy. Warmdays needs to improve there tracking app also there lack of contact with using automated contact devices on there app, no good to anyone. Will not use you again. must improve

Warmdays are nothing short of thieves. Keep clear and do not ever buy anything from them

Terrible business. One order took 4 weeks to arrive and then was faulty another order hasn't been received yet after 5 weeks. Never buy from this shoddy outfit again

Bought 2, red and a black, didnt open as put in with christmas presents, THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISED, they are small cheap zipped rubbish and not even worth 99p. They even showed how much coukd go in and you could pull velgro individual ones out not taking the whole roll with you..Honestly, its disgraceful and shoukdnt be allowed to show a nice roll bad when they send a really nasty cheap alternative and to think l paid £22 fir the 2

How I wish I'd checked this company here before ordering. What everyone says is right - goods not arrived. Had initial email saying they'd been posted, tracking took me to Hermes who were ) and styill are)'waiting for the item'. Repeated emails to them result in nothing. That's one Christmas present my husband won't be getting andI'm £18 worse off.

Absolutely crap!

Customer Service is poor and sizes are wrong. Ordered Large gloves and will be lucky if they fit a child!.

Avoid /Avoid / Avoid.....get their adverts removed from Facebook!!

I ordered night vision glasses 16 days ago still waiting for delivery, think this is a scam company try to email them you get stupid answers, had one email to say my order had been processed that's it nothing since,
It time this company was found out to many people been disappointed totally out of order, wish Facebook would block them from advertising on their site,

Took delivery of a sunglass visor case, no instructions included so had to refer to the Warmdays website. Parts had surplus casting lumps that had to be shaved off and the closing latch failed before I had even installed in my car. A waste of £14.99.

No sign of products ordered 2 weeks ago. Today received an email sent to an address not supplied to this company and "apparently" from DPD. It stated that they had been unable to deliver the package due to an incomplete address and I could re-schedule delivery by filling in a long form and paying a fee. It actually stated also that if I did not respond BEFORE Dec 18 (today!) The goods would be returned to sender. I have obviously no intention of paying a fee for an error I could not be responsible for and informed Warmdays that I was content for the goods to be returned to them, my suspicions about the possibly "forged" DPD mail and for them to organise a new delivery. Then I happened to come here!

Previous reviewers are right. Facebook should not be allowing adverts from what seems a scam operation. I've probably had a £30 lesson.

EDIT: just contacted DPD and immediately get a recorded message advising of a phishing email for a re-delivery.
