Horrendous customer service. No replies to emails requesting a refund for goods that dont fit and are of very poor quality. Nothing like what was advertised. Bought items for Christmas presents. I would be to embarrassed to pass on to family they are that bad. Now I am stuck with over £100 of goods that are not even worthy of a place in the bin. Stay well away of this rouge company. They are scammers and that's being polite! SCUMBAGS is more appropriate.

They delayed my order despite taking my money after I asked them initially to cancel it

I was advertised a Car Scuff Innovative Remover on my Instagram, I clicked on the thing and bought it straight from there with my Paypal account for a total of £19.98, including the £4.99 shipping fees. On a site that I would come to know as Warmdays.

I made this order about 3 weeks ago. And it still hasn't shown up, despite them saying on their stuff about shipping that the shipping should take something like 14 working days or less.

Because I saw a better and cheaper deal that I could have had with my Amazon Prime at the last minute, I even initially asked for the order to be cancelled on the same flipping day that I made the order, yet the idiot of the operator said something on the likes of "oh when the delivery guy comes just don't take it from him", that still left me with more questions to ask as I didn't want it to be that I was in charge of paying to ship it back. Regardless, some days after, I saw on my bank statement that the money had been deducted.

All this made me ask for a number to call instead, but they weren't helpful with that at all.

Just a few days from now, I sent a complaint message basically asking them to cancel the order and give me my money back or sort out the delay of the delivery.

Please DO NOT USE this site. After having ordered items worth £20 they stated despatched. That was 18 days ago and despite daily emails I am getting nothing back from this so called fraudulent company. I have asked for refund/replacement - NOTHING. They must be making an absolute fortune out of people by defrauding them out of their money including mine!!!!. ONCE AGAIN - AVOID ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Dreadful company! They are a rip off.. I ordered their front fastening bra. On receipt they are such a bad quality and the fit is atrocious... I have written via email explaining why I want return them and asked for their returning process to enable for a full refund..

After giving Warmdays all the information they requested I have as yet not had any reply..

They are nothing but scammers, selling substandard products under the guise of being a UK company, but I can't find their business registered on the government website (Companies House)! The following excerpt is from an email I sent them about a product I bought from them (2 x Quick Magic Hair Dry Hats) that do not do what they claim & certainly doesn't look like the ones portrayed in the videos they use on social media, where I 1st saw these.
After lots of to-ing & fro-ing with their 'customer services' asking about my next steps in order to get a refund I eventually got this (copied & pasted from their last contact with me!) :

Now would you expect that reply from a British based company? I've already shelled out a £4.99 delivery fee to them, I wasn't going to throw good money after bad. They are shameless as I expect like me people won't go to the extra expense particularly when there's no trust in them. Needless to say I haven't had a reply since I complained about their reply, unlike all the immediate responses I got B4 (that I suspect were computer generated).

Received a crossbody mobile phone bag plus purse.absolute rubbish.you have to knot the strap around loops of bag.no place for credit cards.smell of plastic off it is appaling.

Is this company a scam. They take your money, then you hear nothing back from them. I have sent numerous emails and I have never received a response.

It looks like I wont receive the item I ordered.

I ordered an electric cleaning brush, my money was taken
When my order arrived after a long wait , the box was batteries and open and I had been sent the replacement heads, but no brush
I have e mailed them several times, there response is post back to China at my expense in order to get a refund.
Or I can choose 30% refund

Ordered a liquid to remove scratches from a car, It turn up cracked with no liquid in it! there was a sticker over the crack an it was still in its plastic seal.
i have had no refund and no replacement after a month

Another person caught by these scammer's, purchase rivet gun and rivets and all you recieve is a £2 box of rivets for £13. Then no address to return them to. Will never use this site again

Rubbish, sent for rivet gun + rivets. Rivets arrived after lon wait but no gun, still no sign. Waste of monwy

Terrible bunch of crooks - do not give them your money!!! I ordered a present for my daughter and what arrived was a cheap version of the real thing (flying fairy toy). So cheap in fact, it didn’t even work and pretty much fell apart under the slightest of pressure. I requested a refund but have been blanked by them.

Ordered the 2020 covid novelty xmas tree decoration a little over two weeks ago. It arrived today just in time to send out to recipients. The products were as described in advert.Happy with the purchase.

Absolute scammers. Item nothing like that which was described, a cheap piece of plastic worth less than £1 was received. For a refund, I was asked to return item to China at my own expense, with tracking, that will cost as much as the order! I've raised a complaint for a refund via my bank so fingers crossed.

What an awful outfit these people are! Have finally managed to get a full refund of £19.98 for the absolute rubbish that they sent me, which bore absolutely no resemblance to the item I thought I'd ordered. They of course were covered by a tiny bit of small print hidden deep within the ad. Fortunately though I'd paid using PayPal and after reviewing the ad, my (unanswered) communications with the company, and a selection of reviews from this site that I sent them to add validity to my claim, they sided with me and refunded. Do not, under any circumstances ever use this company - just read the reviews below - I wish I had.....before ordering!

Waited weeks for the product, what actually arrived was a cheap, plastic, minute version of the product that I paid £27.77 for. I email constantly with the complaint and sent photos next to a tape measure. I finally managed to get a full refund! If you have unfortunately ordered something, please keep trying for a refund.

Sent for something from this company and they sent me a text to say the item had been dispatched. Since then have not received it and each time you track the parcel, it takes you back to their home page. No tracking available. Tried emailing customer services. Sent the order number, date ordered etc and got a reply to say please provide your order number! Have emailed three times and have not had a response. Think I've wasted my money. Why are they allowed to trade?
