Two year warranty cover taken out to have the peace of mind that any unplanned or unexpected repairs will be covered obviously wear and tear repairs excluded. How very disappointed am I. In my experience on several occasions certain non wear and tear parts are not covered, not listed as not covered either. In more than one occasion certain repairs that are covered have a cap at the value and customer contribution is required. The time taken to respond to repair requests is excessive and subsequently refused. No offer of payment towards diagnosis if the repair is subsequently refused. On each occasion there has been no consideration taken on parts not covered that have had an affect on parts covered to allow the repair. In my honest and truthful opinion please avoid this type of warranty as from my experience very little is covered and the overall cost is better put aside to pay for any repairs needed. Warranty first have not met my expectations and I will continue to fight my case with them through their regulators. I will only advise to people looking for warranty avoid this company at all cost or expect to be disappointed.

I had a great experience with Frazer, who was extremely helpful in guiding me through the different warranty cover plans available. He took the time to explain all the options thoroughly, making it easy for me to understand the differences and choose the right plan for my needs.

The whole process was smooth and straightforward, and I ended up taking out a comprehensive policy that gives me the level of cover I was looking for. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommended!

Spoke to Chantelle about renewing my warranty plan for my first car and she talked me and helped me through it quickly and efficiently, she was very friendly and helpful.

Had a blown engine on a Discovery, dealing with them it was an absolute nightmare and they ended up not accepting the claim because it took them more than 4months to do anything, going back and forth with lots of questions asked, pictures sent etc, just to say they can't honour the warranty because we should have fixed what caused the engine failure, before the failure. Which it was just an engine failure without pre warning or anything to fix before, it just didn't work anymore. Had it raised in March26 and they decided in Sep26 that is not covered! Stay away from them! a nightmare to deal with and waste of money as they won't honor any claim!

I spoke to Frazer to get my plan renewed with Warranty First. Good coverage and good discounts offered for the continuation. The options for cover were good as well. Would recommend.

Rianna at Warranty First is the best and exactly why I keep coming back. I've been away and swamped with calls most days, so getting things sorted wasn't easy on my end, but Rianna was never pushy about it. She stayed patient and polite the whole way through, and I finally found the time to renew.
It's rare to get that level of genuine patience and good service, especially when someone follows up without making you feel rushed or hassled. Really happy with the experience.

This company is awful-
This company is a rip of and is not worth the paper it’s written on.Total con and I will keep on about this sham of a company for the foreseeable future.If you are thinking to get a policy out with this mob then don’t.If you have got one you have 14 days to cancel it then please cancel it,the company is awful and will not pay you out.They don’t cover wear on tear is is a huge factor on used cars,many other.Many other warranty company do cover that so go with another company and they are all cheaper then warrenty first.The day warranty first goes bust will make many of us who have had poor experiences with this useless company very happy.If you do have a current policy up for renewal please refuse it and hang up on them if they call you,block there numbers and tell them to remove you from there database .Warrenty first will just take your money and use excuses to not pay out.Things such as cambelt /timing chain issues they won’t pay for,other companies like Cover Me Warrenty will pay for it because there actually a decent company.Tell all your friends and family to avoid warrenty first.I found agent to be dismissive and to bring up irrelevant topics when I tried to sort out my last claim,and eventually when I can I will be bringing a case against them because they have not treated me fairly at all.0 stars I will give them if I could on here.

I was contacted by Rosie for a renewal quote after purchasing a used vehicle which came with 6 months of cover and decided to obtain a quote for a second vehicle at the same time. I was very impressed with Rosies friendly manner, exceedingly good knowledge of the levels of cover available, and great explanations. She was very patient when I asked her to reiterate some of the points again.
Needless to say, I took out cover for both vehicles over a 24 month period, and the bonus for me is that payments are taken over 10 months so nothing to pay for the 14 months to the end of the cover period. Very happy with the cover and the assistance given.

They refuse garage payment, till you are force to pay by yourself. Better off without them. Very bad warranty first.

Ruby from warranty first was so lovely to talk to and helpful, although I haven’t chosen to renew my cover (due to planning on selling my car and buying a new one soon) I won’t hesitate to use warranty first again when I have my new car, incredibly helpful customer service team, thanks again to ruby!
