Excellent customer service
My experience with warranty first was very easy. I bought my car with and it came with a one year warranty. When it was time to renew my lovely associate Ruby helped me with the whole process. She was very understanding of my lifestyle and made it easy to find times that worked for me. The process was easy to understand and there were a good amount of options to pick from. Honestly the customer service made the whole process so smooth!

Probably have gave you 0 Stars if I could off.Customer service terrible sent emails and still no reply. Always a loop hole in not paying out.The garage where the work was to be done even called you and spoke to one of your adbvisers. He said ' The the Air con pump was covered under the warrany'. Please check your phone recordings.Now I have a bill of £925.75 which I have to try and sort out.

The air conditioning pump is considered under the plan held, however, as we advised you, the garage have reported the part has 'locked up' which would be considered to be seized. Unfortunately, failure due to seizure is not considered under the plan. So whilst the part is considered the cause of failure is needed to verify if this is in line with the plan that considers electrical or mechanical faults.
We are sorry we have been unable to assist on this occasion, but can confirm the repair has been reviewed in accordance with the plan held and terms and conditions.

Scam company. If you reading this please 🙏 DO NOT go with this company. They are very polite wehn asking you to pay but will find all the excuses on earth to refuse the claim. Wish I could say what I really think about these bs .Scams of earth.

Our records indicate that when purchasing the plan, our team asked you specific questions regarding the use of the vehicle, as you did not disclose that the vehicle was used as a taxi, the plan is void, this is in line with the terms and conditions of the plan.
We do provide coverage for vehicles used as taxis/private hire, but this needs to be disclosed at the point of purchase, as a higher plan fee would be incurred, as you chose not to disclose this to us your vehicle is no longer considered for warranty cover.
Scam alert
Please do not use these for 2 months arguing over paying for a clutch which cost in total £1300 they are paying me £576 and to add insult to injury want the full bill in there name so they can claim nearly £300 in vat. I’ve dealt with lots of insurance companies these are gangsters I’ve been onto the ombudsman and they are calling me today to take a statement as these have been reported lots of times I want these investigated please don’t use these. Update as you can see by the reply they take no responsibility of ripping you off and where they think you can get clutch for £162 is beyond me and also the company clearly asked for my full receipt for £1300 to claim the vat back as you sent the email. I take it this company doesn’t keep customers considering the likes of AA even offer a much fairer policy but as it is I tried out this company when I bought the car and was badly burnt your arrogance about the ombudsman and will also ask inland revenue is it right about vat I’m sure people aren’t stupid and this will affect your business but your not very concerned so as I stand by my original statement you are ripping people off that think they are doing the right thing getting insurance please folks try out anyone else as companies like this deserves not to be in operation for warranty cover!

The repair was assessed and reviewed in accordance with the plan held and the terms and conditions. We were unable to contribute to the flywheel as this had been damaged by the clutch issue, and this is specifically excluded under the terms of the plan.
In terms of the invoice, we do not need the full invoice made out to Warranty First, only for the agreed payout if we are paying the repairer directly. However, as we will be reimbursing yourself, no VAT will be contributed too as per the terms and conditions and therefore we will not claim VAT, where we have not paid any.
Should The Motor Ombudsman contact us in regards to your complaint, we will of course assist them with any enquiry.

Renewing my policy
I emailed to enquire about renewing my policy and was contacted by Tia 90 minutes later.
A few simple questions and formalities and I was covered for another 3 years in 15 minutes.
She was polite, knowledgable and made the process very simple and pleasant.
