Complete scam. Didn't progress a single claim. Have a lot of "exceptions", total waste of money. Labour costs are £50/hour which is not even near

I had a really positive experience with Warranty First today. The lady I spoke Rianna to was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. She explained the whole claims process clearly, answered all of my questions and really put my mind at ease. I came away feeling much more reassured and confident about what to do next. Really happy with the offer tia gave me today with warranty first, she was so helpful and helped me with my car, I took out a 2 year cover and it’s such a good cover for my car, I would really recommend warranty first.

Offered to pay part of the repair with cheaper parts they found online
Very tricky to deal with and they are looking any excuse not to pay full amount, only part of the repair. Said that they found cheaper parts online. Quality don't seem to their priority. Won't recommend it anyone

When a quotation is received, we will review the parts quoted and the labour time requested, in the case of your repair request, the parts needed were available from a reputable supplier at a lower cost than quoted.
The labour time requested was higher than industry standard times and we were only to contribute in line with those industry standard timings.
We are sorry you were unhappy with the payout offered, but can confirm the repair was reviewed in accordance with the plan held and the terms and conditions.

Cameron was a polite young man who gave me the information needed to decide which policy was best for me. I have used warranty first before and when my alternator failed on my van they were quick to agree to cover the repair and covered a good part of the cost. In my experience I would recommend warranty first.

I was supported through the process and I was able to have time to think about what cover I needed and what suited my current situation. Everything was explained very well and it was made an easy process to set up cover for my vehicle.

Lovely young lady - Tia
Spoke with a young lady called Tia. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite & friendly. I explained that the renewal of the policy, I had taken, when buying the car, was for my daughter & that it would be her choice if she wanted to renew. Tia put no pressure on me to make any decision & agreed to call me back when both my daughter & myself were available. She patiently explained everything to my daughter & had a very engaging conversation with her. An absolute pleasure to talk to Tia. She is definitely a credit to herself & your company.
