Charlotte is great, she has gotten rid of all of my issues. From painting to floor to carpet she sorted the lot and at a fast pace also! Would totally recommend her and wanna say Thankyou for her hard work and kind approach!

I bought Flat in Edmund Rise, Abbey Quay (Barking) in December 2024. While I was sold the dream at the point of sale, dealing with Weston Homes Customer Services and their property management company, Encore (a complete nightmare in itself), has been an absolute horror story.

My latest issue: wall cracks appeared a month after moving in. Weston Homes told me to wait for the walls to dry out and they would fix them later. I waited 1.5 years in good faith and raised it again alongside a shower panel defect.

They sent a technician, on 18 August to inspect both issues. He told me directly that he would report back and get them fixed. After two weeks of total silence, I had to chase them for an update—only to be told the technician never passed anything on and to send photos instead.

Customer Services then evaluated the photos remotely and contradicted their own technician's on-site findings. They seem to have accurately assessed a crack width as fine as 3mm from a photo (really? I didn't know that technology had advanced so much!) and blamed the shower panel damage on "harsh cleaning products"—blatantly refusing to fix either based purely on photographs.

This is the appalling level of service you can expect after you buy. Save yourself the regret and do not buy from Weston Homes.

I am a fist time buyer and went to Tayfen Court to understand more about the homes there. I had a great conversation with Valerie who was open and honest about all of my options. She made me feel reassured and supported, especially as a first time buyer. She was also happy to answer all my questions about buying a property. I would highly recommend coming and having a chat as a first time buyer, even if you are not 100% interested in a Tayfen Court property.

Had a really great experience with Liliana and Harriet at Jasper Wharf. Both were incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely went out of their way to answer all my questions and make the process as easy as possible.

I’ve viewed a few properties recently, and the quality of the apartment and development really stood out. The team have also been really responsive and understanding of my situation, particularly as I’m hoping to move and complete as quickly as possible.

Liliana was equally brilliant. She showed me the actual flat and took the time to explain how everything worked, which was extremely helpful. She was consistently friendly, professional, and supportive whether communicating face-to-face, over the phone, or by email.

Overall, I have been genuinely impressed by the level of customer service from everyone I dealt with. Simon, Lisa, Harriet, and Liliana all went above and beyond to make the experience smooth, clear, and stress-free.

It is rare to come across a team where every member is so professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. I truly appreciate all their hard work, patience, and support, and I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for excellent service and a positive experience.

Extremely disappointing after-sales support from Weston Homes

We bought the largest plot at Denham Film Studios from Weston Homes in 2020. We are now facing a significant delay in selling our home because of a rent charge issue relating to the original development documentation.

Despite Weston Homes being the developer and being in the best position to help clarify and resolve the matter, they have refused to provide meaningful assistance. Their lack of support is now causing a massive and completely unnecessary delay to our sale.

After purchasing such a substantial property from them, we expected considerably better after-sales support. Very disappointing.

I am happy with the one bedroom apartment and all the features included. The process of acquiring this bedroom apartment was a little confusing at times for a first time buyer but when this occurred the team tried their best to help me understand.

The team were so friendly and welcoming. They listened to any problems and questions I had and always tried to help.

Charlotte, my Customer Service Co-ordinator is absolutely amazing. I feel very looked after by her and feel lucky she has been allocated to me for the next 2 years. She's a really lovely cheerful person and nothing is too much trouble. 5 big Gold stars to Charlotte.

Lee was incredibly helpful. He did not rush us around the viewings, revisited the properties we most liked as options and enabled us take our time as we, my husband and myself, talked through the different spaces and how we could best use them.
He also opened up to us things we might not have considered, e.g. the positioning of the windows, air flow, light space, to mention but a few.
He showed us the plans in the wide screen also and looked back to check the time frames we last visited to help us.

So far, my experience with Weston Homes has been excellent. The team has been incredibly accommodating throughout the buying process, making everything as smooth and straightforward as possible. A special thank you to Lisa, who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has gone above and beyond to answer my questions, keep me updated, and provide outstanding support every step of the way. Although I'm still in the process of purchasing my home, the customer service I've received so far has been exceptional, and I would happily recommend Weston Homes based on my experience.

The whole experience of buying my first home went very smoothly. The sales team were fantastic and kept in touch throughout the process, so I knew exactly what was going on. They recommended solicitors and brokers and were very knowledgeable. The building team were helpful and polite and made it known that they were available if there were any problems.
It was a stress free experience overall. Would highly recommend.
