I bought a set of 19-inch alloy wheels…
I bought a set of 19-inch alloy wheels with tyres, including a free fitting kit. I also purchased locking wheel bolts for extra security in case anyone tried to steal my new wheels.
I can't fault Wheelbase at all. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and I received regular updates on my order throughout the whole process, which I thought was very professional.
When my order arrived, the DPD driver accidentally dropped one of the wheels off the trolley. I was worried it might have damaged the wheel, so I checked it straight away. Thankfully, there wasn't a mark on it because Wheelbase had packed the wheels extremely well with plenty of protective layers. It was clear that they had taken great care to make sure the wheels arrived in perfect condition.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Wheelbase. Great customer service, excellent communication, professional packaging, and some really cool wheels. Very happy with my purchase!

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. The alloys arrived exactly as described, were well packaged, and the quality is absolutely fantastic.
I've recently fitted them to my Ford Transit Custom and I couldn't be happier with how they look and perform. The fitment was perfect, the finish is excellent, and they have completely transformed the appearance of the van. The customer service was also very helpful throughout the process.
It's rare these days to receive a product that exceeds expectations, but these alloys genuinely did. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for quality wheels and excellent service.

From initial search on website, which was great by the way, (easy to find what I wanted from a large selection), to order process, everything was straightforward.

All arrived just as I hoped.
When I asked for shims,they sent them through straight away at no extra cost,even extra longer wheel bolts that I needed.
I think the guys here,are knowledgeable,polite,and bend over backwards to make it all happen.
Will most definitely use again,as I will,when I purchase new wheels and tyres for my other car soon.
