Excellent product and service
The alloys, tyres and TPMS were first class, as was the service prior to, and including delivery.
I had an issue with the TPMS not activating, but contact with Wheelbase resulted in a piece of equipment being sent out, then a short phonecall with Aaron sorted the problem. No complaints from me, thanks.

absolite rubbish, don't ordernfrom here if your in a hurry they don't send stuff quickly. I ordered my wheels on the 13th of June and it said-2 days delivery. So having heard nothing by Wednesday I phoned there customer service the bloke really couldn't of cared a less and told me there a business and there busy. I said I wanted my wheels the next day too which I was told there on there way.It is now Friday and I am sent an email saying they have been sent out by apc overnight with a tracking number that doesn't work. So I was lied to again as they weren't dispatched Wednesday as I was told I still don't have my wheels and I have no idea if and when hey will turn up, I would never use again , update there now supposed to be here tomorrow so the person on Wednesday did lie about them being shipped overnight

Wheels arrived faulty….
Wheels arrived with wheel balancing weights loose and stuck to tyres also some loose in boxes, all the rest were loose on wheels, now i have to mess about getting them all balanced which is a pain, also i emailed nearly a week ago saying centre caps didn’t fit because stub axle was too long , then no spigot rings were included had to phone yet again they sent some that didn’t fit so now sourcing my own looks to me like take money and run and screw the after sales service, i wont recommend to anyone.

My experience with this company has… been dissapointing
My experience with this company has been disappointing from start to finish.
I placed my order on 14/05/2026. At the time of purchase, the website clearly displayed the wheels as “IN STOCK” in bold green text. The website also stated that in-stock items would be delivered within 1–3 working days.
Unfortunately, this was not the case. After placing my order, I received both an email and text message informing me that the wheels were not actually in stock with the company but were instead held by a supplier in Europe.
Two weeks later, I was finally notified that DPD would be delivering the wheels the following day. I was pleased to receive this update, but that optimism was short-lived.
Upon arrival, it was immediately obvious that the wheels had sustained significant damage during transit. While the packaging provided was minimal and offered little protection, the dents were so severe that I doubt any reasonable amount of packaging would have prevented them. It appeared as though the wheels had been dropped from a considerable height.
I contacted customer services and was offered two options: a partial refund or replacement wheels. Naturally, I chose replacements. The representative arranged collection of the damaged wheels and advised that replacement wheels would be ordered immediately, with confirmation to follow the next day.
The following day came and went without any confirmation. When I called, I was told that the representative believed the order had been placed but could not locate the confirmation email. I called again the next day and, having still received no confirmation, requested that the process be expedited. I spoke with Aaron, the manager, who said he would investigate arranging an alternative courier and promised to update me.
Several more days passed without any communication, forcing me to call again. This time I was told there had been a bank holiday in Italy. I accepted this explanation and called back the following day, when I was informed that a different courier would be used. However, when I asked when the replacement wheels would be delivered, I was told that they would need to find out.
By this stage, my holiday was fast approaching.
Thirteen days after the replacement wheels had supposedly been ordered, and just two days before my holiday, I contacted the company again. Aaron advised that he did not know when the wheels would arrive but expected them to be delivered early the following week. The next day, I received an email from Dan, the Customer Service Manager, stating that he would obtain the tracking information and send it to me.
The weekend passed, and by Tuesday I still had no tracking number. I called once again and spoke with Aaron, who apologised. However, by this point my patience had been exhausted. I informed him that if the replacement wheels were not delivered by the end of the week, I would cancel the order. He advised that I was entitled to do so.
While that may be true, I had that right from the outset. What is unacceptable is the amount of time I have spent chasing updates, repeatedly following up on promises that were never fulfilled, and even taking half a day’s annual leave to facilitate collection of the damaged wheels.
At the time of writing, more than a month has passed since I placed the original order. Throughout this process, I have had to initiate every conversation, chase every update, and endure a constant stream of excuses rather than solutions.
Delays can happen, and mistakes can occur. What matters is how a company responds when things go wrong. In this case, there has been a complete lack of proactive communication and urgency. Had this been my business, I would not only have apologised but would have ensured replacement wheels were dispatched and delivered within days, not weeks.
After more than a month of delays, poor communication, damaged goods, and repeated failures to follow through on commitments, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
We will see if they deliver the wheels this week.
