The holding time to get to speak to…
The holding time to get to speak to your customer service personnel is unacceptable. I waited twice for over 30 min and than hung up and recalled with same results. It would be nice if u upgraded your system to at least give estimate of wait time or option of leaving message for a call back. I will say that once I was able to speak to a person, they exceede all my expectations in providing great customer service

I had the predecessor version (XLT) of…
I had the predecessor version (XLT) of the SC series and it lasted ten years. I like the design of the SC series better and the installation was very straight forward. The dimensions of the two units is identical. However, I do caution other replacement owners that use the ducting kit. The length of the ducting kit for the SC is much longer than the ducting kit on the XLT. I had to move the unit to the opposite side of my wine closet. This required a bit of carpentry and electrical work.
Hopefully the SC is as reliable as the XLT.

Great Customer Service
Our WisperKool 3000 unit developed an issue after 18 months of service. After some temperature measurements were taken, WisperKool sent us a new unit under warranty. Derek gave us great customer service.

replaced my WhisperKool 4200 with
WhisperKool Extreme 5000Ti, Black Rev2, WK 115v due to icing issues with original unit. After 24 hrs operation the unit already is maintaining 55.
The replacement was straightforward and the new larger unit easily fit snugly into the already prepared space.
These units are by no means inexpensive - and I did not care to find out about the freight charge until actually placing the order.

Excellent Service
Excellent Service. My cellar was not maintaining a desired 55 degrees. They quickly diagnosed that the unit was undersized and discounted a purchase of a larger unit. It arrived ahead of the promised date and went in without a problem. Now the cellar maintains 55 degrees and runs less than half the time.
