Tablas creek vineyard 2021 patelin tablas is EXCELLENT. Delivery was quick and left at my apartment door. Very convenient for a senior citizen.

There is usually a good selection of wine and great prices. Shipping is always when they say it will be.

Wine.com has become TERRIBLE and missed my shipment

Failed to ship an order in time. Then failed to engage via chat. Then I called. Told me I couldn’t talk because the case was open in chat. Went back to chat. Promised I’d be contacted. Canceled the order because it never shipped and no one engaged to assist. Still never contacted 4 days later. I’ll be canceling membership and moving on after 94 bottles of business in 2 years.

Mostly really good, but when I logged on this morning your drop-down link to insert my email address didn't work and it cleared, I had to manually type it in, this should not be the case.

2 out of 3 Shipments got Screwed Up!

I sent 3 gifts to 3 different people, and 2 of them were screwed up! One I had asked for Tuesday, Dec. 16, and it was attempted to be delivered on Sunday the 14th (I knew they were gone for the weekend). The second one was attempted twice, but the FedEx delivery person never rang the doorbell (my recipient is on Zoom calls a lot). The recipient called FedEx and was to go to FedEx to retrieve it (I don’t think they made it in time, as they were to leave town for Christmas. Two out of three screwing up is not good!

have not yet received the wine so how…

have not yet received the wine so how can i rate it. i understand delivery is slow, however don't say it will be here so i wait around for the signature, when it may not come till later.

Horribly Disappointed

The wine ordered was for Christmas and an anniversary of remembrance. The bottle never made it. At one point the bottle could not be located. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful. They kept blaming Fed Ex. At the end of the day my order was placed with wine.com, not Fed Ex. When it was decided to cancel the order, customer service told me I couldn’t receive a refund until the bottle was returned to the warehouse. Hard to return a bottle you can’t find. I will never use wine.com again.
