I am a therapist and joined Rula who uses Wingspan. I have never spent so much time trying to get the right paperwork to them. I tried to get withholding to work and could not. I have outstanding payments from 2 weeks ago that have still not hit my account. On the good side, they have been very responsive to my communications.

I have been using Wingspan since last year. I have been really happy with the service, and have never had any issues at all. My payments always come on time, just as expected. I would recommend Wingspan.

Their are some steps one must adhere to but with that taken care of, the overall process from pickup, delivery, on to payment is simple and swift.

They are prompt and professional.

The app is really easy to navigate through. It is very user friendly. Being able to contact someone for help is also readily available.

I found Wingspan easy to use. I had a few questions and was able to receive an immediate response. Everything is laid out in a way that is efficient and easy to comprehend. I like that I can download PDFs and have them when needed.

I have been using Wingspan for the past few months to receive payments from my private practice business. I’m very satisfied with my experience so far. Set up was super easy. They even helped me determine how much to set aside for my taxes and have an option for separately banking that amount and with a click on a button I can send that money directly to the IRS!

Easy to follow instructions and helpful explanations.

I honestly haven't used it yet but signing in was simple.
