This was very simple to understand. I did not need any assistance. Just when I thought I might have had a question, I continued to read to the next step and there was the answer. The process was also very quick.

I am extremely frustrated with this company. It started off okay, but now it really feels like I am being robbed. It’s just unbelievable. They keep taking money out of my account whenever I make a payment—for example, I paid $163 last week, and it posted on the 24th. The same day, they took out another $163, instead of reversing the charge. It varies day to day, so I can’t dispute the second charge. It’s like a duplicate charge. Whenever I make a payment, they duplicate it, and instead of the charge being cleared, it stays pending. It continues to show pending until I call and complain. This is the second time this has happened, and there’s been no resolution. Give me my money back! The next time I get paid, the same thing happens—no resolution, same frustration. This is definitely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve never encountered such issues when getting paid for the work I do.

2ND WEEK IN A ROW!!! WINGSPAN HAS NOT DEPOSITED MY PAYROLL CHECK. I TRIED TO CALL THE WINGSPAN SUPPORT HOWEVER THE COMPANY HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER AND WILL NOT ACCEPT A CALL FROM ME. THE HEAD OF THE SUPPORT DEPARTMENT - THOMAS- ASSURED ME LAST WEEK THEY WERE LOOKING INTO THE PROBLEM AND WOULD GET IT RESOLVED. WELL, THAT CERTAINALY DIDNT HAPPEN AND NOW I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID AGAIN.

If I could rate Wingspan less than a one star I would. My paycheck was never deposited into my account, the same account and information that was on file for the last year. When I tried to find out what happened they acknowledge that it was Wingspans mistake, however I have to what for them to figure out where it my money went. When I tried to talk to a person, payroll, mgmt., I was told the only thing the support people can do is write a ticket and I would have to wait to get a response in 24 business hours. 24 business hours sounds quick, but that is really 3 business days. I have bills that are coming out of my checking account, and they could absolutely careless. If it were my company and I was considering using Wingspan Collective, I would be VERY, VERY concerned that Wingspan WILL upset your employees and you will lose them. YOU DON'T MESS WITH PEOPLES MONEY, PERIOD. Mistakes happen; I get it. However, you don't fix it on your timeline, you rectify the mistake immediately. Employees if your employer is thinking about using Wingspan Collective, PROTEST LOUDLY.

Thomas who is head of support reached out to me after I posted this review and took over my case and I was immediately paid, I really am grateful that Thomas stepped in a immediately resolved this issue. However I still feel how they communicate with their customers needs a major overhaul. You shouldn't have to post a negative review for something to get done or someone to step in a management capacity.

Wingspan made our invoices and payments very easy. It gives accurate invoices and also it’s easy to navigate! What I like about wingspan is everytime you will made a changes on your account they will let u know by sending an email. That’s really helpful 🤩

I have enjoyed this payment platform a lot. I have never had a payment platform offer as many useful tools and options as this one does. The instant payment feature is a gamechanger when things are tight. Also, when I had a question their customer service was very responsive and helpful.

The person who called me to help me complete the application answered my questions and provide assistance was very helpful, and patient. I also appreciated the prompt response to my earlier call. I will get a follow up call tomorrow as we were not blessed to complete the process tonight.

Our company recently switched over to Wingspan for billing, likely because it offers more expanded functioning. It has also been easier to use, and has customer service built in. I had some difficulty onboarding and reached out to Wingspan's help line. Someone responded right away with some tips. When that person couldn't help I was immediately bumped up to a supervisor who offered a more comprehensive strategy. It turned out to be merely an administrative issue which I was able to resolve quickly. But I wouldn't have arrived at this on my own so it was greatly appreciated. Another nice feature is that the invoices can be viewed easily, by simply logging in. You don't have to drill down or click any links to see them. So far, it's felt like an upgrade working with Wingspan!

Signed up six weeks ago to get paid faster as a freelance designer. Wingspan's dashboard is clean, transfers hit my bank in about a day, and the invoice reminders save me awkward emails. Had one delayed deposit last week that support sorted quickly, but overall it's made my cash flow way less sweaty.
