Bought a pair of Bench Gorton trainers in September. Less than 3 months later they are letting in water.
After several emails they have responded with this.

'We can confirm that the shoe is not described or sold as waterproof.
 
Our quality control department have advised from the images provided that there is no manufacturing fault with the footwear. However, if you would like to return the item back to our Stockton store and request the shoes be retuned for a second opinion.  Our quality control department are happy to have a look at the returned footwear'

I will never buy another item from this company again.

UPDATE

They have offered for me to go back to the store for the items to be returned to their quality control department.
1. I live 11 miles away with no transport available.
2. This is the only footwear I have. Whilst being sent away what am I supposed to wear in the meantime? Walk around in my bare feet?

The girls in the Ravensthorpe branch were lovely, very helpful and polite. I am thrilled with my shop and got a great discount with the 20% off offer. Will be shopping there again

The staff at the Castleford store went out of their way to aquire the boots i wanted from another store, rang me when they found them and kept them till I could collect. Brilliant customer service, take note other stores this is what customers want

The leather shoes are good looking, a perfect fit and at a great price.

Ordered boots which were too big...hard to return them..it's been over a week and no idea if they have received them or not...no way to check online..no messages from them... worried

I am very happy with the service I received; the gentleman was nice polite, and happy with the training shoes bought. I hope that the sales continue longer, Has I would like to get some more hiking boots/trainers, next week or so.

I found exactly what I was looking for after a long search elsewhere.

Ordered a pair of shoes online, EvRi took a picture of the parcel outside the property in full view.
I filled in the ‘non receipt’ of goods form, sent it back via the post as per the email I received from customer service. I have now raised this with my bank as I am out of pocket and customer services couldn’t care less.
Horrendous service - I will never use them again.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and their own contractual delivery obligations.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. We go shopping all the time. I bought snow boots the other week and the staff gave me a few sizes to try on as I have an old injury in one of my feet. I buy these sketcher slippers every winter as they are great. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff.

Was struggling to track these sambas down couldn’t even get them from adidas spoke to chloe and Matt at the whittingmoor branch chesterfield and they managed to get them from another store top service will deffo be ordering from them again
