Bought a pair of sketchers from Hanley store,used them for the first time a few days later and it was obvious from the start that something was wrong with the padding under the heel on the right shoe,not obvious when feeling with the shoe of but only when wearing them,took them back to the shop who informed me that they would have to be sent away for testing ????,that takes a week to do,I did not want a refund I just wanted a pair that were comfortable to walk in,I felt as though I wasn't believed and now have to wait for a week for the so called testing results ,not happy

Really friendly service, in and out in a breeze. Buying my disabled husband’s regular Dr Kellar slippers. Could not ask for more ❤️

SWALWELL: 2 lady's where very helpful they understood me when I asked for non display shoes due to my hygine fobia of sharing shoes with others from the display rack. Got me a fresh pair from the back and one other lady helped us decide on comfortable shoes for my child for starting school

Visited the Ravensthorpe store and was approached by Alice, she explained the sale and if we needed any help, to ask her, she was very friendly and had a good rapport with my son. A credit to the store

This is for Wynsors on Ashton Road in Oldham

First of all the closing time on google says 5:30, which is wrong. We got there at 4:50 and they were already closing (Doors were already locked), which is still 10 minutes from their closing time in the window.

Secondly, we tried to speak to a worker through the window who was shutting the shutters to show her the opening time on google was wrong, instead she just pulled a dirty face at us and ignored us.

The staff were very helpful and polite,nothing was too much trouble,clean and cool environment as the temperature were high 20s on the day.
