This is not a small glitch — it’s a complete failure of basic ticketing. No accountability, no proper support, and zero clarity. Instead of providing a service, they’ve created unnecessary stress and wasted my time.

i have booked flight of Qatar Airways via yatra.com and my mother suppose to travel to Doha from Delhi. however due to current situtation in middle east, Qatar Airways five the option to get refund or change the time flight so i have agreed to get refund, for which they ask me to contact Yatra.com. Its been more than 5 days i have send them email for refund and they even didnt reply for that. They just eat the full money and not even contacting me over call or direct number.

Plus not yet got to know whether refund initiated as they seem to take it very easy. This platform one should use I they want to cause themselves additional stress. I want my refund asap

Extremely Poor Service & Unacceptable Communication Failure
This has been one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had.
I booked my Varanasi to Mumbai flight via a third-party platform after checking prices on Google, where multiple platforms were showing the same fare for SpiceJet. During the booking process, I had clearly shared my contact details, expecting at least basic communication regarding my flight.
However, I received absolutely no notification about a major delay.
I ended up rushing to the airport unnecessarily, only to find out at the check-in counter that the flight was delayed. When I questioned the staff, I was shocked to learn that my ticket had been booked through Yatra.com under a group booking, and my contact number was not even used for updates.
This is completely unacceptable and highly irresponsible. What is the point of collecting customer contact details if they are not even used? Because of this negligence, I had to face unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and waste of time.
At the very least, passengers should be properly informed about delays. This kind of careless handling shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer concern. I would strongly advise others to be cautious while booking through Yatra.com

Yatra had booked a wrong flight and sent me wrong details of the flight. Upon reaching the airport airlines mentioned that the flight boarding has closed. I had to pay additional 8000rs to board the next flight.
Yatra is such a scam, they have made wrong booking and no longer responding to mails.
Under this ticket I tried to contact them but in vain 54356465

Pathetic service. The amount gets deducted and no tickets are generated. They only give a booking reference number and further sends an inconvenience mail that tickets can't be booked. Never use it.

i booked a flight from jaipur to dubai and my flight was first postponed thrice and in the end it was cancelled and i ended up staying in airport whole day and than spicejet gave me the option to cancel with full refund /.than i called yatra as i booked my ticket with them and than they deducted 1850 rupees as conveneince charge, I mailed them when flight is cancelled by airlines and technically no service is rendered how can u keep any charges but they didnt listened and they deducted 1850 rupeees before refunding amount. My registered email id is gadia.avinash at gmail.com ..yatra booking ref 1902260064680.This fees should be refunded if airlines cancel the flight and this was my last booking with Yatra and will never recommend anyone to use yatra . We can just check with yatra and book it directly with respective airlines so we get full refund

I can not give even single star to Yatra, as i have booked the ticket from yatra for Spicejet airline from AMD to CCU, for 27-Jan-26 at 7:45 with PNR no. SHQ6SN, due to frequently rescheduling the flight i have got called and then email from yatra and advice to cancel, reschedule or continue the flight. I have replied to Yatra to cancel the flight and ask them for refund. I have waiting for sometime then called to yatra and after multiple time calling i have connected to them and they ask me to contact the SpiceJet for Split PNR. I called to SpiceJet and ask them for split PNR (Split PNR R938QY) and same i have provided to Yatra, also, Spicejet confirmed that cancelation and refund activity can done by Yatra only. Same i have discussed with yatra multiple time and Yatra now asking me to contact again with SpiceJet and cancel the flight which already departed. As spicejet already confirmed that only yatra can cancel the flight and initiate the refund they can not help in this. Every time different customer support person has different requirement and denied to connect with their supervisor. Even one customer support person said, that i have boarded the flight and when i asked hem to double check then he agreed that i have not boarded but he said that flight was not rescheduled. Till date i have not getting proper response and refund. Finally i have raise complaint to consumer support.

The site is very difficult to navigate and find information needed for users. When I tried contacting them about a booking online, their website threw an error (404 page not found). After using their service, I didn't receive any email to provide feedback on their service nor the hotel I used!

Poor experience for urgent travel.
Payment was charged, but the ticket remained pending with no confirmation of failure. Customer care was unreachable despite multiple attempts. Due to the delay and lack of communication, the ticket price increased, causing inconvenience and financial loss.
