Been with them for a past 6 months and constantly Im seeing that connection speed is getting decreased and now it reached absurdly 40mbps when it is supposed to be 1gbps, impossible to call customer support either, dont bother

The guys doing the installation arrived on time,were polite and respectful of property, everything done and cleaned up after themselves in just an hour.
All went very smoothly, would recommend highly.

TOMI at 4th Utility was brilliant from start to finish.
He was attentive throughout the whole process, listened to my complaints about starting a new contract and dealt with it as best he can. That kind of proactive communication is rare and made a real difference, especially on having to start a new contract when I didn't want to in the first place.

Overall it was a pleasant customer service experience and I will certainly be contacting 4th Utility when my contract runs out.

I had a good experience with Mike from the 4th utility company. He was friendly and helpful, and he explained the contract clearly so I could understand everything. He answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the details.

Chris was easily accessible by phone, something I really appreciate. He was clear and helpful and gave me confidence that my switching providers would go well.

The customer service agent was based in the uk and although his ability to help was was limited acted best of it. Very satisfied.
