Absolutely brilliant customer service

Trustpilot reviews are a scam. Worst internet provider by far. No support. Internet goes on and off a million times a day.

Finally someone took my request seriously. For the last few days I've tried to explain that my internet is not working, telling the reps that the 2 lights on the router were red. They insisted it had to do with the power cable, which was wrong as the power light was solid green. I spoke with Jon today and he looked into it thoroughly and created a request for an engineer to come and check the issue! Thanks Jon!

Absolute amazing help from Benjamin today, real down to earth chat no company jargon attempts to sign you into a new deal upfront and so helpful in saving the customer money and explain the renewed contract.

Junaid made my experience much more pleasant and provided me not only a solution but saw it through to the end on the call.

Great initiative and ownership of a complaint, well done.

The response to my application to install this broadband was extremely quick and I was online less than a week later. The engineers who came to install the system were very polite, efficient and quick. I am now enjoying good fast Internet access which is great.

Tim the agent that dealt with my problem, did some adjusting( tech stuff) and seems to have sorted my problem out
I’m now getting 310 meg WiFi, which I’m more than happy with

Ben in Retentions is an absolute star. Very knowledgeable, very concise and thorough. He helped me get to the bottom of my problem today and explained very clearly what needed to be done and when, simple and clear answers. 4th utility internet speeds are also lightning fast can’t recommend enough!

The guys that turned up to install were brilliant . They were polite, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave me a few tips on to setting up router .

Hi I called today 4th Utility to inform them of my returning the old equipment installed at my old address. I spoke to a fine lady called Siddiqua based in lovely city of South Africa. She was very polite & highly professional in handling the matter. It certainly makes a big difference when a company employs such lovely professionals. I would give her 10 out of 10 for this call.

Customer service agent was excellent- Went beyond her remit of Customer care and assured me that my service is of top priority.
I have been with them just over a year with no issues at all.

Bryson was very clear in explaining what 4th utility have to offer, explained the package that I chose in depth and was able to answer all of my questions in detail.

I thought I would give a smaller company a go; they were offering a good deal for fibre broadband.
John Howard was a great salesman giving me 3 months free, due to a Black Friday deal. When I got the offer through & the deal was missing, that should have set alarm bells ringing but a colleague of his told me I would get a credit. When I set up the broadband, the speed was less than half of what it should’ve been. When I spoke to the technical department, they told me that was normal and offered me no support at all. I cancelled and it took me months of back-and-forth to get my money back. I had to chase them repeatedly. I found them a very untrustworthy company. The whole experience was a nightmare.
