I spoke to Lawrence and he really did everything he could to help me with my issue and made it seem clear and understandable which is a big thing for me as I struggle with my mental health and can get confused very easily so yh was a great experience made me feel calm whilst sorting out a stressful thing

I`ve ordered the broadband from this company in the evening and I cancelled next morning.
After few hours they sent me an email then the router is on it`way. I called them again and the women told me she stopped the delivery so I will not receive it.
After a day they sent me another email how to return the router /what they stopped to be delivered/I called them again and member of their staff confirmed than the router will not be delivered.
Few minutes ago Royal Mail delivered the router.
They don`t know what they are doing.
I guess their service is similar.
Stay away from this company!!!
I`m really happy I cancelled my broadband with them.

Called with problems with upload speeds, diagnosed problems and rectified them, keeping me updated throughout process, very polite customer service. 42mins on phone from start to finish very happy as this time included fixes and complete reboot of my router.

I had the issue
I had the issue, as during resigning the contract the second account has been created. Shawn approached the issue in the very professional way and he was able to close inactive account. He also helped me to receive the balance, that I paid extra for the old account and issued it on the main account. Thank you so much Shawn for the support and the whole knowledge you represent in your company.
