I’d give this company a miss
I thought I would give a smaller company a go; they were offering a good deal for fibre broadband.
John Howard was a great salesman giving me 3 months free, due to a Black Friday deal. When I got the offer through & the deal was missing, that should have set alarm bells ringing but a colleague of his told me I would get a credit. When I set up the broadband, the speed was less than half of what it should’ve been. When I spoke to the technical department, they told me that was normal and offered me no support at all. I cancelled and it took me months of back-and-forth to get my money back. I had to chase them repeatedly. I found them a very untrustworthy company. The whole experience was a nightmare.

Avoid
Avoid, avoid, avoid. You can't even cancel the DD, they deliberately put people in the worst contract without information or explanation. Avoid or regret, not to mention the unreliable connection.
