I had a chat with Ajmal regarding the non-application of a free 3 month offer
I had a chat with Ajmal regarding billing issues. I had received an offer for free three months on a referral from a friend, and despite applying for the offer I was still charged for the first month. Ajmal was very helpful in that he let me know that the investigation was ongoing. He also gave me a breakdown of my bill.
Overall, the interaction was pleasant and despite an ongoing issue, I feel reassured that it will soon be sorted out.

Due to still being in contact I had to incur a fairly large fee. Not great with the cost of living situation but a contract is a contract I suppose.

After a bit of a disaster with my renewal being moved to a 24 month contract and spending almost 1 hour on the phone, I was contacted by Ibrahim who was very proactive, thorough and resolved the issues very quickly regarding the above.

I am highly disappointed and highly dissatisfied with this.
For how many days now I’ve been out of network I can not work with my laptop and I have a lot of work pending to do.
It all started on Sunday and I placed a call on Monday morning which I was told that the adaptor plug is bad and it will be deliver to me.
Today Wednesday morning I had to track the item and I saw that it will be deliver on Thursday. This is unacceptable and I am very very dissatisfied.
