The customer service was top tier, the use of Whatsapp with a real person and Kay was great and much more manageable than ordering over a phone call, decent price on the wifi and the deals were good, ill follow up with a wifi review.

Rang after received a phone call…
Rang after received a phone call yesterday 5th oct about an issue I had never received before. Got worried and phoned about the issue and spoke to Tobi F who helped me with the situation. he was very kind and apologetic about the issue that had happened and reasured me that the payment (which is a direct payment )was actually being processed and not to worry I was also reasured that no-one would have just randomly phoned me about my payment or to make a payment over the phone. He made me feel at ease and confident about what had happened and what I did was right. I did apologise as I thought my tone was abrupt but he said he understood why I was acting like I was so Thank You so very much Tobi.

my 2.3 speed im paying for is coming in at 990. I have raised 3 complaints and told it will take 77 working day...that has come and gone. no reply to the 2 other complaints that have been sent in with speed tests from 3 different sites that go by.I shouldn't of expected anything more as when i signed up i never even got sent a router which they failed to acknowledge or rectify

Please contact Technical Support on 0333 888 4050 and quote ticket 48696148612. You will need to continue through the technical support process and complete any further diagnostics or equipment checks requested so that the fault can be investigated fully.
As the next steps must be completed through Technical Support, we will now close this complaint. If you remain dissatisfied after completing the technical support process, you may raise a new complaint and provide the outcome of the investigation for review.
