Waited over an hour to be picked up from airport and when he eventually turned up he was so aggressive with 2 passengers it was embarrassing.
Steer well clear of these cowboys.

Despite the written instructions stating that I would collect my car at the airport parking, I was instead forced to drive to an off-site car park about 15 minutes away, then wait to be transported back to the terminal. I was almost late for my flight because of this.

The return experience was even worse. After landing, I waited over an hour to get my car back. When I finally received it, I was shocked to discover that it had been searched and stripped of valuables. My dashboard camera, phone holder, charger, cables, umbrella, and everything of value from the boot had been stolen.

The only response from the staff was, “Complain by email.”

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this company. My car was returned with my belongings missing, and the customer service was completely unacceptable.

Avoid them and keep away from them ad far as you can. The company is a joke. After cancellation of my booking two months ago, still did not receive my money back but they keep saying that I will receive it. Emails - they don’t respond, phone no - can’t reach them.

If I could give minus stars, I would. Please DO NOT use this company. I let them know my arrival time at Bristol airport and was told to go to orange car park. After hanging up on me the aggressive advisor called back and said to wait at the payment booth at the exit. Waited for 20 minutes so called the company, the same advisor answered and said no, I told you to go to short stay car park. So £15 wasted on exiting the orange car park. Went to the short stay car park, waited for almost an hour. No one turned up to take my car. I called the company numerous times to be called stupid, a liar, and was hung up on several times. Ended up with us having to leave our car in short stay or would have missed our flight. £235 to park in there for 5 days. Plus the £15 for the incorrect car park, plus the £73 paid for meet and greet parking. Emails are undeliverable to the company and they won’t answer calls from my number. Absolute cowboys.

Absolutely shocking experience. Supposed to be meet and greet but firstly you have to walk 10 mins to and from the drop off point, the company would not answer the phone when I tried to call numerous times to advise I had landed so I sent texts (one of which they responded to telling me where to go to meet them so they were clearly picking them up), they took an hour to bring my car so I was standing in the car park outside for the whole period trying to call them to see where they were. When the driver did eventually come, he got out of the car without putting the handbrake on and when I shouted over to say put the handbrake on as the car was rolling back, he ignored me and I had to jump into the moving car myself to put the brake on. Will never use again - would have been quicker (and cheaper) to go to long stay and use the shuttle bus

I booked with A1 parking but cancelled within an hour because my wife had already arranged for a family member to take us/drop off.

I sent an email to A1, which bounced back, i eventually got through to someone on the phone who just sent me a complaints email.

I wrote my situation to them, they replied saying they would be in touch after 7 working day to process a refund .

I've chased for a 3 weeks, the last 2 weeks i had a promise of the refund in process by live chat (Julia), first she said 4 working days (no refund), then i chased the this week and said it would be in by Thursday..... again nothing !

I asked this morning and she said its in process. I give up.

❗️SCAMMERS❗️ . I cancelled my booking more than two weeks in advance, in accordance with their cancellation policy, yet they still refuse to refund my money. I've been given conflicting excuses about when the refund would be processed, and I'm still waiting. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Don’t use them . Complete scam . If you have already booked contact your card company to get a refund. They do not refund even if you cancel the booking. Stay well clear. Have reported to trading standards

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I left my vehicle with an almost full tank of petrol, but when I collected it, almost all of the fuel had been used. I simply cannot understand how this could happen while my vehicle was in their care.

To make matters worse, my vehicle was returned with several issues that were not present before I dropped it off. The engine warning light came on, the interior lights stopped working completely, and the car now struggles to start, with a noticeable delay when turning the ignition.

This has caused me unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional expense. When you leave your vehicle with a parking company, you expect it to be returned in the same condition in which you left it.

I have contacted the company directly and hope they investigate this matter properly and provide a fair resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

An absolute shocker of a company with zero customer service. 70 miles was driven on our car. Dont be mislead thinking its cheap for meet and greet. This is not meet and greet like other companies. Walked a fair way to the collection point, then had to wait half hour for our car. Driver was dismissive and didn't hand over just gave the keys and walked away. On top of that you have to pay an extra £18 pound in the parking charges. I would not recommend this company at all

They turn up more than a hour late and when you get back to your car you realise they have been using your car while you have been away please don't use this company

Don’t ever use these fools. Smashed the rear bumper on my Porsche and tried to tell me it was already there when I had a video myself of the car before they picked it up

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR AIRPORT PARKING!! It is based on a livery stables, the lane leading up to it is horrendous re pot holes. There is no shelter whilst you wait for up to an hour to get the shuttle to the airport. No communication. Car Key went in to a plastic wallet along with others!
Ride back at 1am. The driver drove way too fast, I mean, thrashing it through the lanes. It was very scary. We asked him to slow down and he said it was the speed limit! We were literally gas lit lol! Trust me, it was not the speed limit! I’m glad we’ve got our car and are home in one piece. DO NOT USE!

I'm only giving this company one star because I have to leave a rating. In reality, they don't deserve even that.

I booked a service but cancelled within an hour. I never received an email confirmation and was told it would take 7–10 days to receive both the cancellation email and my refund. After waiting, I still hadn't received anything, so I called again. This time, I was told that refunds are processed on a "first come, first served" basis, that I was in a queue, and that I would need to wait up to three weeks just to receive a confirmation email, followed by another 3–7 days for the refund.

I've never encountered a refund process like this before. It's completely unacceptable and has left me questioning the legitimacy of this company. I will continue pursuing my refund, but at this stage, I'm genuinely concerned that my money is gone. STAY VERY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DUPED!!!

I booked my parking last minute and should have read the other reviews before hand. Firstly we parked in a random dirt lot where the cars were parked crazily. Then charged £20 for a "barrier fee" When we returned we were told that because we were delayed we had to pay another £20 in cash to get our car back (we were not delayed!) We waited for an hour for the transfer for a guy to arrive in my car and tell me he has given me a premium service. I asked about the drop of fee at the airport which he told me was sorted and then when questioned by my husband he said we would have to pay it! They had been vaping in my car as well. The service is appalling and I feel scammed. PLEASE do not book with them!

That was the worst airport parking experience! Avoid this company!
Customer service is a joke and average waiting time for the pick up/drop off is 30 min.
I don't understand how they are still operating. They should be closed.

I cancelled 15 mins after booking due to partner booking elsewhere, I was told I would get a refund minus £15 admin fee. This was the 15th May and still no refund! Everytime I ring about it they either hang up or fob me off with excuses and saying 3 working days then 10 working days. I have just rang again and told to contact complaints dept and they hung up. I will be reporting them as this is theft!! AVOID these at all costs, its like getting blood out of a stone!

I got scammed by this company. After they promised us a refund within the next day, it never happened. Four days later got the same response. A week later, they told me the refund would be processed in the next 48 hrs. It has been 30 days in total, and the last response I got is that the refund will happen in the next 30 min, and then silence. Insisted, and the call centre response is: ok, let me check...

Still waiting, probably will wait forever.

Use them for meet and greet at Stansted Airport as I was taking my elderly disabled parents on hoilday
Everything was fine leaving the car on the return took me around 20 minutes to get hold of them when my car finally arrived I was meet in the middle of the car park by a man with my keys he gave me the keys and said you car is at the back when we got to the car it was absolutely filthy looked like it had been on a mud track I got my parents in the car then loaded the mobility scooter and suitcases un the car when I got in the car to drive every light on the dashboard was on I phoned them to tell them that I couldn't drive it the said send e mail to complaints and put phone down I got car out of car park and into birchhanger service station when I called breakdown which they couldn't fix it so had to get recovered home this is only a part of the story I have e mailed them 3 times now and called them with no response this is the worst experience I have ever had with Airport parking these are the worst ever do not use them KEEP AWAY FROM THEM
