Excellent support...
I ordered a replacement power adaptor for a Linksys mesh which arrived with the wrong connector. Nigel from AC Adaptors responded over a weekend and promptly dispatched the correct adaptor to resolve the situation.

Great service
Initially I received an incompatible power supply but after contacting them I immediately received a new one with extra connectors just in case without asking to return the wrong power supply.
Shipping was really fast. Great service and helpful people.
Highly recommend supporting independent business rather than buying from online retailers.

Awful company
Awful company. Their response to complaints is not to try to resolve the complaint but to just reply that it's a "Fake Review".
Sounds like Donald Trump's "fake news" retort when he has no answer to his failures
UPDATE: And there they go again with their Trumpian "Fake News" lies.
Laughable "company" that won't address complaints. Steer clear

FAKE REVIEW - AS YOU CAN SEE, THE REVIEW MENTIONS DAVID AND FROM ABOVE WHICH RELATES TO A YOUTUBE CHANNEL RUN BY A STAFF MEMBER IN HIS OWN TIME AND NOTHING TO DO WITH AC ADAPTORS R US LTD. SHOCKING HOW TRUSTPILOT LET THESE REVIEWS THROUGH.

Replacement 12v adapter for bike trainer
Apart from Royal Mail screwing up the delivery by sending my parcel to the opposite end of the country, the adapter arrived in good order and was a perfect match for the one we’d misplaced.
