American Trucks is a well known vendor, who has been at this awhile, and it shows. The website has a lot of stuff in it because they want you to see everything and not be surprised.
They have treated me very fairly with help after the sale.
Some outfits are looking for today's sale. These guys are looking for you to come BACK.

So I wrote a review on this once. I bought a part from them that did not work. Which they sent to the wrong address. I was able to track the part and retrieve it from NOT MY HOUSE the first time as the driver delivered it. I called and made sure they updated my address to the correct one and bought more parts that were what I needed and as agreed they would refund me for the return of the original part. Instead they sent me back the same not good part as a replacement to the wrong house again and didn't tell me about it. Fast forward I call and ask where my refund was. They tell me the part was delivered 11 days earlier. I never received the part because they sent it to the wrong house again. Now they expect me to go to this person's house and retrieve said wrong part and send it back to refund my 500 bucks. Are you kidding me right now. Someone named Brian T whom will not return my email or calls has said that im a scammer and slandering me as a thief. Ok well I have sent my ID and proof that I don't live where they keep sending my orders. This is bullshit. These people are thieves and will just take your money and expect the customer to go after their mistakes. It is now 5-31-2026 and I have no refund. They claim they delivered the part on 5-7-2026. I have called multiple times and have tried to fix this with Brian T through email but he won't respond. I cannot believe the way this company handles their business. Completely ripped off.

Loved the sidesteps. Directions should be included with a couple still photos to make sure orientation is right. The link to instructions also makes you enter what rig you are driving, should at least take you to right rig and instructions. The only other thing I would suggest is putting maybe 1 extra each bolt for each size in the box as well. Great product, not so good directions or would have given 5 stars.

Super easy to purchase. Tons of pics, reviews, and info on installs for anything. Prices are honestly right on par with any other website and American trucks has faster shipping usually for free. Have spent thousands here and will continue to do so.

Terrible Experience!! If you live abroad, or plan to take your spare parts out of USA, NEVER buy from this company.
I bought a pair of ALCON brake discs kit for a 2026 Ford F150, and instead they sent me a kit for a Ford Bronco or Ranger, nothing to do and useless for me.
After I claim and send photos of what was sent, the answer was that the policy was not to apply if I took more than 30 days in claim, or if I take the parts out of the country.
Why they did not assume their 100% responsibility on this matter and at least return, if not all part of the cost of the product?

I found American Trucks last year.. since I have purchased a grill, mud flaps, running boards, wheel fender flares.. hmmm.. maybe more lOL I can't remember

Website shows up to small on screen. But has good sale.prices, but website a little confusing, for I ordered 1 headlight but didn't know I could have got a better deal on a 2pk, but doesn't tell you that it's 2pk. till you click picture, for it looks higher and you think it's on 1 headlight for 09-14 Ford F-150 's
