Running boards had several dents in…
Running boards had several dents in them. I don’t believe this happened in shipping because the packaging was in good shape. I was able to put most of the dents to the inside of the boards so this would not be seen. One small dent had to be on the outside but it is very hard to see unless you’re looking for it. I believe this damage happened before packaging. I like the running boards but the dents were a problem.

I called on a weekend to speak with a representative to help me find the right cold air intake for my Raptor and he went above and beyond. I received an email very quickly with three options that would fit my truck. I received the order very quickly as well and installation was a breeze. I came back and ordered a bed rack and again was not disappointed. I highly recommend!

Some stuff is nice. But if you want your stuff quick I wouldn’t order from here. They told me I was gonna get Thursday then they said Friday a week ago is it now next Thursday and still waiting. I looked up the tracking and it went from every town around me like in a circle.

We reviewed your order and your frustration is understandable. We show that the turn signal bulbs were prepared and shipped on 5/11/2026. We checked the tracking information on USPS, and we do see that it was in transit for multiple days, all around Michigan. We are happy that you received your item on 5/22/2026.
Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 8/31/2026.

Bad business.
My trucks brakes are inoperable. I ordered a set of brake lines from AT. At the very top of their site it says 1 to 3 days delivery on orders over $149. It took 14 days to arrive. I never received any tracking info. The first woman I spoke with when trying to track it down was rude. The second was a supervisor who said I didn’t read the fine print 2 clicks deep into shipping info and blamed the situation on the fact my part had to be shipped from a third party… never specified in my entire experience. I was given a $50 future credit which I never asked for and don’t want. I lost over a week of having a truck as a direct result of this. It was my first time ordering from this company and the last.

Yes, we do offer free 2-3 days shipping on most of the products we offer on our site. It does state on our website : Free 2-3 Day Delivery on most items, see Product Page for details. Free Shipping Offers are for Standard Ground Delivery Service and are only valid for shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Truck freight and oversize charges still apply unless otherwise noted, and can only be shipped to the lower 48 States. Tires, Wheel and Tire Kits, and certain large items do not qualify for free shipping.
We note to please check the product page for details because there are some items that it may take additional time for the items to ship. We reviewed the website for the brake lines, and for example, if we placed an order for them today, to the right of the photo it shares that these are in stock and they should be delivered between Wed, Jun 03 - Mon, Jun 08.
These ship directly from the manufacturer, and some items they ask for additional time to prepare and ship the orders. We do try to have this information noted on the applicable items.
We reviewed your order and we do show that you placed your order on 5/6/2026 and the "get it by date" was noted as 5/13-5/16. We show they shipped on 5/13 and they were delivered on 5/15/2026.
We do show that you called in and spoke with one of our Managers and they shared this information with you. They also issued you a credit to your AmericanTrucks account for the frustration this situation caused you. If you elect not to use this credit, it will expire on 11/30/2026.

After careful review and research I ordered a set of fender flares from them. After receiving them finally I went out to my truck just to pull them out of the box and dry fit them to to my vehicle. And to no avail they do not even almost fit they are extremely far off don’t sit flat or have a wide enough width to even be able to install them if I wanted to because they don’t reach all the way around and if I try to shape them or stretch them to fit they don’t sit flat on the outside of the fender even worse. Absolutely ridiculous never would I ever tell anyone to order something from this site after this being my first time there will not be another. BEWARE ITEMS DO NOT FIT AS ADVERTISED!!!!!! Extremely disappointed and now the return/replace/refund process is made so that you don’t want to do it so you end up stuck with something that doesn’t fit and won’t fit anyone else’s vehicle either so thanks for taking my money and running with it American truck.com NEVER AGAIN
