Annetts Fine Furniture Reviews 

After several visits to the store in Hereford, my wife and I placed our order for three new sofas for our new house. Throughout the process, we have dealt with Rob Harris who has been a model of professionalism. He has listened to our requirements patiently and with good humour, adding useful suggestions to guide us without lapsing into the 'hard sell' mode. Having set up our order yesterday, we left the store feeling very satisfied and valued customers and can't wait to receive the good in due course. This level of service and attention is all too rare these days, but it is what makes us return to Annetts time after time. I cannot praise Rob and all the team at Annetts highly enough and thoroughly recommend the store.

Our time spent in the show room was very relaxed with no pressure from any staff. We felt that we could have spent hours looking around and trying out different sofas and chairs at our own pace. Gareth Morgan the sales rep was on hand to answer any questions. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Have made several purchases and am always pleased with the products and service. Bought an electric bed this time, so a considered purchase. I had time and space to think about it, no hard sell, but Harry was there to answer questions when needed. There was some discount too so that was good. Delivery and installation was also excellent, the guys took their shoes off, and were quick and efficient at setting the bed up, even attaching my previous headboard with care. I will buy again from Annetts when I need any furniture.

Lovely shop full of beautiful furniture sales team helpful without being invasive. Delivery was well informed and delivered on time well wrapped and all wrapping taken away. Love the table

We were really pleased with all the staff at Annetts who allowed us to take our time choosing the sofas and Harry the salesman was very well informed regarding the frame, fabrics and fillings.
Our furniture, which arrived earlier than expected, was then delivered by two really polite and helpful men. So a great experience all round. Well done Annetts.

They called as promised before arriving and were exceptionally polite and well mannered. They were honest enough to say that the care kit had got wet earlier in the day and would arrange for a replacement to be sent to us….. not many delivery guys I have come across would have been so up front!!! So all in all we are delighted customers from start to finish

As always our latest purchase from Annetts has met all expectations, special mention to Gareth our salesman who keep us informed on progress of our order, we have been using Annetts for several years now to replace nearly all of our home furniture from settees to beds and now dining furniture and have been extremely pleased with the service and quality.

My experience from when ordering my furniture,and staff keeping me informed when furniture will be delivered to the staff who delivered it was excellent.
I would recommend Annette for furniture and for looking after you from the time you buy and delivery.

I loved the fact that was no pressure from sales staff, we were free to wander for as long as we needed and asked lots of questions when we had picked our sofas. The sales person we dealt with was Gareth Morgan and he was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the product. Once the deposit was paid we were contacted often to let us know how the manufacturing was going and they were ready before we were so they kindly stored them for us until we were able to receive them. The delivery team were great, everything was done quickly and they were very polite. We have bought from Annetts before and have always had a great experience with them so did not hesitate to go to them when we needed more furniture. Overall, a good experience from start to finish.

The staff in the store and the delivery were all fantastic, helpful, knew their stuff and made the whole purchase experience great, you dont get that online. Step ito a proper showroom with really good pepople to help and advise, will go back again for more furniture.

Harry in the shop was fabulous when we went to look at the item we purchased, nothing was too much trouble for him.
Karl and Mike who delivered went above and beyond for me. They were so polite. Made sure I was happy with everything, even covered the patio set over for me because I’m unable to lift or stretch let alone fight with a winter cover (just had an op) These 3 men really are assets to Annetts. This was our second purchase from Annetts, we were happy to return because we had such a positive experience the first time. Once again we were delighted. We were helped by Damian who is not at all pushy. He just listens and helps you focus on what you want, in order to narrow down the many options available in store. We were then lent a generous amount of swathes to test our thoughts in the room where our furniture will be installed. Once we had made our decision Damian checked on-line prices to ensure Annetts follow the same policy as a well known department store! so we were pleasently surprised by our final cost. We have a clear idea about delivery dates and I am happy to write the review before the furniture is delivered because I am sure we will be kept informed of any changes to schedule and delivery will be handeled smoothly.

Wonderful shop, the man that served us Scott Owen was so very helpful, knew the product, not too pushy, like some of the outlets we visited that day. A very good salesman that was one of the reasons and of course the quality of the product we purchased from Annetts.

There was no salesman chasing you round the fabulously stocked store. You were left alone to peruse the different furniture items. Once I'd decided what I wanted, I then spoke with Damian Minchin, who took me through the fabric choices for the sofa and chair I'd decided on. The whole ordering process was painless and this included having my old sofa and chair taken away (another Annetts purchase by the way). My furniture arrived earlier than expected and was delivered on a very rainy day, but my new items were carried in, all covered up. Feet put on, including felt pads to protect my wooden floor, new cushions plumped and the jobs done, painless.
