They came to install my new gas cooker. The work was well done but it was very clear to me that the person who came to do the work was doing everything they could to do it slowly and then charge me more in the end. They charge by the hour, and the longer they take to do the work, the more they earn. The worker went to his van twice and I don't know what to do. Both times it took a long time. The new cooker comes with everything needed to be installed, so in my opinion they should come more prepared with all the tools they need to make it easier and not take so much time to do a job that could be done in less time.

This company is excellent. They come and sort out any heating or plumbing problem very promptly and I have always found them to be very reliable and efficient.

Really great experience, had a problem with underfloor heating (that turned out to be two problems). David L manage to diagnose, fix, test and explain the issue to me all in just over an hour. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The engineer arrived bang on time and was friendly and professional. I have an underfloor system in a new build that the developer struggled to get operating consistently throughout the warranty period. Dave went above and beyond to access the control systems (one behind a heavy washer/ dryer) and worked out what was wrong. Second appointment booked to replace defective parts. Not cheap but who wants ‘cheap and rubbish’ when a job needs to be done properly.

We moved into a new property and we were having major issues with the underfloor heating. We were struggling to understand how to programme the thermostat, plus the control panel (aka manifest) was playing up. Ronan from Aren came and sorted everything out and helped us get it set up and working. Thank goodness! The service was efficient, friendly and a moderate price. Highly recommend this company.
