I was grateful for the courtesy & respect shown by everyone involved - on the phone, by e-mail & by Ronan who came to do the work. This gave me confidence & I was pleased with the work done. I have already booked to have a new boiler installed by the company - & was impressed that no pressure was put on me to make that decision.

Highly recommend
A very long overdue review to say how impressed I have been with Aren. I have had their help with a few jobs now, with our first contact in 2023, and most notably with the installation of an unvented water cylinder for which my building had a number of strict and not straightforward requirements. Ronan and Nick were extremely patient and helpful. They are knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy, great communication too. I highly recommend Aren.

Really good local company
Really good local company.
We found a live gas pipe behind our old built-in oven whilst trying to replace it. The oven couldn't be replaced until the gas pipe was removed, and so needed someone urgently. They responded to photos I sent beforehand, so that we could coordinate the works.
Nick and the team at Aren were quick, courteous and organised. The gas engineer relocated the pipe and capped it as necessary, including needing to buy an additional part which he went and purchased with no fuss.
We received a really professional written report afterwards.
I'll be using Aren again.

Boiler service and cylinder service. Excellent. Would use again
Booked boiler service and cylinder service and descale. They could attend on the date I needed and had lots of availability.
Engineer was extremely professional. Due to the size of the tank the job took 5 hours. This was correctly estimated and not a surprise- even when a second engineer had to attend with a pump to speed up the process.
Excellent service would use again.

Friendly and efficient
Roland was knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the faults with my leaky taps straight away, went for the replacement parts and returned promptly to fit them. I found him to be helpful and efficient.
