Great communication, prompt service, fault with gas boiler diagnosed and sorted very quickly. The initial hourly fee seemed a tad expensive but after dealing with them, I have no complaints and would use again. All very professional but polite and friendly too.

Easy and quick fix

I have used Aren Heating & Plumbing twice now. On both occasions the engineers were punctual, polite and did a good job for a reasonable price. Communication is excellent; I got a text an hour before the expected time to give me the name of the engineer attending and to tell me that he was on his way. Small things like this give you peace of mind and I have every confidence in recommending this company.

The Plumber Was very informative.Helped with the Tado Thermostat wiring and completed a service all within an hour. The reason being within a hour was, he spotted the Tado problem and the service was straight forward.
The price was for the an hour. i would recommend this company.

Absolutely brilliant service! David quickly resolved an ongoing problem that other plumbers said was going to be a much bigger (and more expensive) job. I highly recommend Aren, and will definitely be using them in future.

Plumber could notify client when the plumber will turn up, rather than being in a block period of 8to 12 am morning booking. This would be helpful.
