Really impressed with the service. They rebuilt the gearbox on my 3.2 Ranger and had it back to me within 9 days, including collection and delivery. Great communication, excellent workmanship and a hassle-free service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them.

I was very dubious at first, but the whole experience turned out to be fine and I now have a car that changes gear and works better than it ever has. From speaking to Elliott to the truck turning up at the house to take the car away, everything worked very well . Elliott kept me informed all through the repair, can’t thank him enough. Thanks again ASR I am very happy with the service and now my Audi is back on the road better than new.

Often the horror of being quoted £10k for a new gear box by VW dealership I contacted ASR.
James G was extremely helpful and clear about their approach to rebuilding the gearbox. They arranged for the vehicle to be picked up and dropped back once repaired. The recovery costs were included in their quote. In the end they came in £4k cheaper than main dealer and turned it around much quicker than I thought they would.
I was kept up to date at all times by James who was very professional and friendly. The 12 month warranty gives me piece of mind.
The engineer also made notes on other issues with the van that were not in his remit, this is very useful for me to get sorted with my local garage.
Very happy with the service all round.

I had an amazing experience with ASR their service was excellent ,the help and response was quick and reliable, I whose car had been broken for multiple months and was neglected by another garage , was very disheartened however speaking to Elliot he has assured me that they would help get my car back to me ASAP and the repair, quote and even videos of what was wrong was sent to me , I was always updated with what’s happening. Also the amazing service of delivering it back to me . Highly recommend. Amazing people, amazing job.

I was quite distressed when I made my initial phone call to ASR. The whole process was explained in full to me which reassured me. Sonny was amazing from day one and arranged for my car to be collected and assessed. He then provided me with a full diagnostic report and a breakdown of costs. After the repair my car was delivered back to me immediately. Sonny kept me updated at every step and it was such a relief to have the stress of the repair taken away. I was also able to take out a 0% payment plan for 50% of the repair costs to help with my finances. I also have a 12 month warranty. The car is now running really well. Thank you Sonny and ASR, I can highly recommend your service.

Recently got my Qashqai for the gearbox rebuild, awesome for the Asr Team, they definitely done a brilliant job, Especially mention to Elliott who the one got every single experience to be able to deliver hugely peace of mind for me when that severe issue of my car. The vehicle is back in fully functioning so far. Would highly recommend Asr,!!!

In terms of customer service I was met with a friendly, informative and prompt response !
Chris explain fully what might be needed to repair my vehicle what I could expect with potential cost for a solution . Communication was spot on . Very grateful and will recommend in future!

When I called the company. James was on the end of the phone asked what was wrong explained what was up. He arranged to have it picked up and looked at in the garage keeped me in informed a long the way. If you know about gearboxes it takes time for parts to arrive. But sorted and happy well done James and crew 👍

From the minute my car was collected throughout the repair with communication via emails, calls, giving me updates etc until car was delivered back to me.
