Our FridgeFreezer broke down and with one phone call Assure sorted it no problem at all, we had an engineer out to look at it the following day and because it could not be repaired a new one is being delivered today . All in all couldn't have asked for better service would highly recommend to anyone they are always very helpful and corteous everytime . THANK YOU SO MUCH ASSURE FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!

They was very polite. Sorted the problem out straight away. Even gave me 2 months free cover.. Will definitly refer them to anyone who is looking for cover for kitchen appliances.

Whilst on holiday this company rang me several times to buy cover for my washing machine.
I return home to a washing machine not working.
My husband rang the company and we were told that we cannot claim before 30 days and are not covered.
I retrieved the tc and can see it is 14 days, however you have took my payment from day 1.
I have never dealt with a ruder more condescending
Person that the young man we spoke to.
He basically said we took the cover knowing the machine was broken ? The company contacted me !
For a young man to be talking in this way is a disgrace , I have 2 well mannered professional children.
Please do not use this company.
I have asked for a refund and have been told no, so what have I paid for ?
This comp is now trying to turn the tables .
Please supply the telephone records you say you have listened to .
Please also check how many times you called my phone to insist we take this cover.
You only sent a letter in the last week , your telephone call does not mention this.
Did you send any emails clarifying our conversation ? I don’t seem to have any.
Your operator also put the phone down on me !which I find very rude.
I explained we were pensioners as your recording will clarify And could not really afford this , you then changed to yearly payments.
You relied on our trust to get the payment, yet you will not accept a legit claim on a mere technicality.
I will this to a solicitor if I do not receive a suitable reply.

good customer service and sorted my broken tv in 2 days !

The on/off button on my washing machine broke. An engineer visited me promptly. A replacement part wasn't available, so within a couple of weeks, I had a brand new washing machine delivered. Such a helpful and efficient company, thanks so much.

The fact that the problem with my washing machine was sorted and I got a new one

absolutely superb service quick response and turn around on replacing the washing machine as it couldn't be repaired economically would recommend them to anyone

would be zero if i could. Phoned up my 80 yr old mother & pressuered her into paying 200 quid for a warranty on a washing machine that we scrapped last year. bunch of see you next tuesdays.

What a fantastic team I phoned up to get my tumble dryer repaired first time I have ever called them phoned them up left message customer service called back within 15min said he had a repair man Marc and he would call and leave us a time he could get to us well within 10min we got a call from Marc and he be with us in 10 minutes true to his word he was here and everything was fixed then we had a call from customer service again asking if everything was OK with the tumble dryer we said yes everything working fine now
What can I say it was all fixed from start to finish with in a hour of calling and the team were extremely pleasant and helpful would deffo recommend them

Iv'e had my white goods covered by assure for a while now.This is the first time I have needed to claim,and the response has been fast and trouble free.

Have had cover with Assure Protections for 3 years on my Indesit washing machine.
Had just renewed with a genuine No Claims Discount too!
Last week my machine failed.
Call Assure and make quick contact and received seify callback from engineer who decided a replacement was needed without any need to attend.
Replacement model selected and delivered within 24 hrs of first call
Really pleased.

I have both my washing machine and fridge freezer insured through Assure. My washing machine broke, I reported the fault to Assure who answer their phones immediately. An engineer was sent out at 8am the following morning and it I am now getting a brand new machine delivered tomorrow as the problem couldn't be fixed. Mark at Assure was so helpful and I highly recommend this company!

Made a phone call and left my phone number for call back that come within half hour explained my problem with my washing machine they arranged for new washing machine to be delivered and installed the next day absolutely very good service

Rude!
I was cold called today by this company who tried to sell me an extended warranty on my white goods. I politely told the chap I wasn’t interested and without even a thank you or goodbye they hung up on me. If this is how they treat potential customers, I wonder how they treat people who have a claim with them? Also the company in question contacted Trustpilot to get them to take down my honest and truthful review. I ask Trustpilot to stand up to companies like this, companies that should be held to account for their staffs rude behaviour.

I had over the phone agreed a 3 year protection against washing machine breakdown & repair and then later that day I had second thoughts …maybe shop around and do some research firstly….so I contacted the company Assure protections and as he said 3-5 days my money was fully refunded ! I was most impressed and after a little research may even recontact them to take out the protection after all ! Thank you

Trust me I'm being polite by giving these 1 star. Salesman phones u to sell u a 3 yr warranty for £197. They don't state to u tho that their going to take it all out ur bank in 1 go. They then tell u that u agreed to it cause they've listened back to the telephone conversation. That's their word against urs. Wouldn't recommend this compantmy to anyone. Once they've got ur money there's no going back. I can't change my mind now as I've been away so it's too late. Reading the reply from u below ,yes I have just called in to request a refund & I still state if I was fully aware u were going to take the full amount at once for the 3 yr cover I wouldn't of agreed. Therefore in my opinion it wasn't stated that ur salesman intended doing. U have however agreed to charge me for 1 yr cover & refund the remaining. The salesman did not at any point state to me that £182 would be taken out of my account at once. Maybe this could be something that should be clearly stated during the call.
