Darren at Avery's went well above and beyond to help our family at a difficult time after the loss of our father.
He sold our late fathers bungalow within a week and after our solicitors messed the whole process up and lost the sale Darren stepped in and sold it again for us!
I really can't speak highly enough of Avery's and recommend them to everyone as the professional, personal service is second to none.

Daren originally helped us buy a second property in 2014 & the service, communication & transparency was nothing but excellent throughout. I even got a beautiful bouquet of flowers, upon collecting the keys : )

Avery's achieved a sale with the first viewing. However we were in quite a long chain which took several months to get to completion, including a buyer further down the chain pulling out. Daren and the team kept us and our solicitors informed at all times and guided the transaction towards a successful completion.

Buying and selling property is a very stressful and daunting experience, but both Daren Podbury and his assistant Max Burton from Avery have been helpful, extremely supportive and guiding me along every step of the way to sell my property. They have always had such a positive attitude towards helping to sell my property and Daren even arranged to have a replacement lock fitted for me whilst I was away. I feel that the whole team are very professional,helpful and polite.
If I had any concerns/ questions, whoever I spoke to, answered me to the best of their knowledge but if they were unable to, they ensured that they spoke to the relevant person, to answer me.
