Daren from Avery has been fantastic in helping us with the sale of our property! We had few bumps (some very stressful) in the road of buying and selling but he has gone above and beyond helping us out. I am quite an anxious worried person so the Avery team have had to deal with a lot of my emails and phone calls. Also the photos and sale advert for our property were definitely the best around, and helped sell it within a week! We can’t wait to move in to our next home!

We recently bought our first home through Avery Estate Agents. Darren was fantastic, his very long experience as an estate agent in the area, made things happen. Every time we contacted them for different enquires (and there was a few), Darren sorted out right away, often in a matter of minutes. Used Avery Estate Agents to manage sale of a property local to their offices in Milton. As I did not live in the area I had to rely on them a great deal to manage the sale process for me. The level of communication was excellent - I was kept informed at every stage and Mandi and Max were responsive by phone and email whenever I had a query. Daren played a particularly important role - he was patient and calming whenever I felt it all getting a bit stressful and his optimism that all would come good was reassuring.
