Fault with security system, called TOPS Security, engineer Ryan arrived on time, very polite, identified and fixed the problem quickly and serviced the system before leaving. Excellent service, thanks TOPS.

Banhams service engineer Steve was excellent on this visit.
He visited our property twice nine and 10 years ago when we moved in and he is the best to service engineer we have ever had from Banhams.
He answered any questions we had and was most helpful especially on magnetic sensors we have on the half door.

Deeply frustrating and expensive service
Great for installation but utterly appalling, frustrating and expensive afterwards. Calls take forever to get answered, staff aren't empowered to solve problems and engineers don't turn up when booked (or do but then discover they're not qualified to look at the relevant kit). We've now been without a functioning entry keypad for a month with no sense of urgency from Banham to fix it.

Great service has been replaced by never being able to get through to their alarm receiving centre. Unable to cancel the fire brigade coming out on a false activation because I was on hold for over 5 minutes

Your engineer arrived at 10:30 which I was pleased with. He has been here before. Very pleasant man who did thorough check and replaced batteries.
I’m also grateful to Elizabeth Doyle for bringing my maintenance check date forward after being very disappointed with the first date I was given. My usual visit is in July and I wasn’t happy with being given October.

I’m very disappointed with Banham’s alarm system maintenance
I’m very disappointed with Banham’s annual burglar-alarm maintenance contract. It is expensive, yet the annual visits have not given me confidence that the system is being properly checked.
On previous visits, the technicians appeared inexperienced and told me that everything was working correctly, despite some motion detectors clearly not functioning. This year, no one contacted me to arrange the annual maintenance visit at all, but I have now been asked to pay £200 to renew the contract.
For the price charged, I would expect a thorough inspection, prompt scheduling of the agreed annual visit, and proper investigation of any faults. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
