Staff recognition Ryan was superb.
Ryan repaired my lock very quickly and stayed past 5:30 to get the job done even when I came in late to the Kensington High Street branch. I could not be more thankful of his efforts and his professionalism. A top employee who needs to be recognised for his efforts. Thank you Ryan.

Good locks - poor service
A high quality lock - but woe betide you if something goes wrong!
Our lock failed, and we were locked out in the street after dark. The engineer came, and had to drill the lock out on a Thursday evening but could not fit a replacement. When we called the next day to find out when the replacement would be fitted, we spoke to multiple people over several hours and several phone calls (and long waits on hold every time), each of whom denied that we had called a locksmith from them, had no record of the job, or of our account, insisted we should knows the names of anyone we spoke to and this was the only way they could find out more. When eventually the record could be found (after 8 hours and several calls), we were told that the earliest a new lock could be fitted was the following Wednesday. Nearly a week without a front door lock!
Naturally we pushed back on this, and insisted we could not be left with a hole in our front door in central London for a week. Finally an appointment was found for the next day, on Saturday - but only after we made a big fuss.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing!

Appalling Customer Service!
I have been with Banhams since 2008 and have been happy with the alarm service until approximately 2 years ago when everything seemed to go painfully downhill. Despite contacting Banhams repeatedly to give them a chance to restore my confidence in the business, the catalogue of errors has only increased. Money mistakenly taken from my account without authorisation, unanswered calls despite their 24/7 alarm monitoring service, forgetting to schedule annual maintenance visits, the list goes on and on. I am often left holding on for ridiculous periods of time to rectify their multitude of errors and WHEN they do finally answer, they are either incredibly rude or promise to return calls and NEVER DO, despite being chased multiple times. I have tried emailing and calling but NOTHING WORKS! The customer service is truly appalling and it is both sad and intensely frustrating to witness a once good service go downhill like this, let alone pay for it! They simply do not care about their customers. Interesting business model ...

Banhams service engineer Steve was excellent on this visit.
He visited our property twice nine and 10 years ago when we moved in and he is the best to service engineer we have ever had from Banhams.
He answered any questions we had and was most helpful especially on magnetic sensors we have on the half door.
