Professional and caring company
We visited the company offices thinking it was a showroom, only to discover it was for trade only. However we were lucky enough to speak to Nick, who was happy to show us around the trade showrooms and provide us with samples etc. He then answered all our follow up questions, and ensured that our purchase and delivery went smoothly. We are delighted with the dining furniture we purchased, as well as the assembly service provided. All in all a kind, professional and thoughtful service by Nick resulted in very satisfied customers. Excellent service and helpful team. I just received my furniture and I love it. There was an issue with my second floor flat and no lift and Bentley Designs Outlet were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to sort it out.
Highly recommended and I will definitely be shopping with them again.
