I ordered two Montreux pale oak and antique white lamp tables, delivery was sooner than originally indicated and I received them within a few days. They were extremely well packed with absolutely no damage at all which in my previous experiences of buying furniture online elsewhere is quite a rarity. Communication was excellent regarding both the order details and delivery, (Furndeco were used as the delivery partner and were also fantastic). I can't rate the Bentley Designs Outlet highly enough - oh and forgot to mention their prices beat anywhere else by a considerable amount too so win win win. The quality of the furniture is excellent, well made and solid. Highly recommended.

Great Quality, Great Value, Fast and Friendly Delivery
I ordered a Turin coffee table from Bentley Designs.
My ordered arrived 3 days later about 3 days earlier than expected.
Delivery was to a room of our choice for no additional charge which was great as the box weighed about 37 kgs. The delivery company emailed me the day before with a 3 hour delivery window and text me on the day with a 1 hr delivery window. The delivery drivers were very friendly and very careful.
The table arrived almost completely assembled and we only had to attach the handles. The quality of the table is outstanding for the price.
My wife and I are very pleased. Thank you

Excellent service
I contacted Bentley's with some questions about 4 chairs that I was interested in. The phone was answered promptly, I spoke to a 'human' who was very helpful, and decided to go ahead with the purchase. I had another query later that day, and once again was met with a swift response and great customer care. The chairs were delivered within 5 days and are beautiful. This is a company that cares about their products and the service supplied. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Ordered a king size wooden bed. The price was much better than other retailers and also included free delivery. The delivery company contacted me promptly and I received the bed within 5 days of ordering. The bed is of good quality and very easy to put together. No problems so a happy customer.

Great sideboard very well made
Great sideboard very well made, and was well packed, nice little extra in the different shade handles for a change if you want. The guys who did the delivery where good at bringing in to where we wanted it.

Only wanted a spare part. Easy to order and you can also request an email to let you know when it's in stock, as I did.
Would have given 5/5 but they sent the wrong part. However they redeemed themselves with excellent customer service and immediate despatch of thd correct part.

Bentley were really helpful. I contacted them regarding a discontinued item and they had just had one returned in the outlet store and told me that it was about to become available. I purchased it and it had a few scratches as described but none of it was visible and we had it at great value. Delivered as described and on time. Thank you
