Csak egy napig volt biztosításom mivel sajnos azt a biciklit aztán nem kaptam meg amit megrendeltem ide biztosítás már másnap le kellett mondanom de nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak a megszüntetés ben

5* Service

I was knocked off my bike, due to a car driver distracted by his kids in his car, and hitting the back of me. Bikmo were very quick at sorting out the payment for my bike repairs. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

Great service, highly recommend!

Recently joined and have been really impressed so far!

The policies are super clear, the claims process is straightforward, and the service is c30% cheaper than the equivalent of some of the competitors, whilst having better perks like unlimited worldwide coverage.

My bike was stolen having been locked…

My bike was stolen having been locked to a public bike rack with a diamond secure lock. I provided all the extensive evidence required (including lock and bike receipts and photos, maps, crime number etc). The claim was settled in full after 19 days. Other than no response to a couple of follow up emails I sent and a longer time than anticipated to settle (I’m sure I read somewhere that 95% of claims were settled within 2 days!) I was happy with the service and response.

Bikmo were pleasant and easy to deal…

Bikmo were pleasant and easy to deal with on a recent claim. After ruining several hundred pounds worth of kit and accessories in a crash, Bikmo processed and upheld the claim very promptly. The entire process was surprisingly smooth and efficient from start to finish, which is a rarity with insurers.
Yes they're expensive, but you get what you pay for in spades!

Bikmo insurance was fantastic when my bike was stolen. They responded quickly, guided me through a simple claims process, and settled everything within days. Highly recommend their prompt, professional, and supportive service!

A pleasure to deal with

Don’t really write many reviews. Unfortunately I needed to make a claim and the service I received throughout the process was amazing. Rarely these days you get a such a high level of customer service from a company. Everybody you speak to is knowledgeable and helpful. I dealt mostly with a guy called Johnny who was brilliant. I wouldn’t contemplate insuring my bikes with anybody else. Thanks guys

Free 30 days insurance

Free 30 days insurance, but you are still quite expensive. Some insurers are half the price, but offer fewer distinct cover categories. Home contents cover leaves a lot of cover areas unavailable, and some with vague wording or lacking cautions provide no away from home cover at all.

Finger weg von Bikmo

Wollt ihr keine Probleme haben mit eurer Fahrrad Versicherung ? Leider suggeriert diese Versicherung genau das.Habt ihr aber mal n Problem passiert genau nichts ,man bekommt immer die selben e Mails dies und das fehlt noch ,obwohl du es schon drei Mal verschickt hast ,für mich ist diese Versicherung BETRUG .

Unresponsive, slow

They are not a terrible company; the claim not was fulfilled properly--they declined it for an unintelligent reason. But most importantly, it took an EXTREMELY long time for it to come through--about a month--and they wouldn't respond to emails for weeks at a time. I could have taken care of it myself.

This is the second time this has happened – – and they pretend that there is an abnormally high volume – – I guess having a high volume of incidents is normal for them so they can just say there are too many incidents and that is why they are always slow.

This is not worth the premium

This is not worth the premium. Bike was stolen from a locked bike store room in our block of flats. In that room the landlord provided bike racks bolted to a concrete floor. We locked the bike by 3 approved locks to the bike rack . Thieves somehow managed to access room and unbolted the bike rack from the floor and took my daughter's bike.
But no payout by bikemo as the locked room doesn't count and the bolted to the floor rack is in their view not immovable. Just a joke and a waste of the premium.
I wish I had kept my money. Oh, and it took over a month for them to decide not to pay. Cyclists friend ? That's just the marketing
Beware .

In this instance, although your bike was secured to the bike rack with approved locks, the object it was locked to could not be deemed an immovable object because it had been easily removed by the thieves during the theft. We recognise that this is an upsetting situation and apologise that the investigation process contributed to delays in reaching a decision.

We always aim to protect our customers and provide peace of mind, and we’re sorry that this outcome did not meet your expectations.

Excellent customer service and easy process - would recommend

Unfortunately had a bike stolen whilst in possession of the bike. Bikmo were excellent in dealing with the claim explaining what needed to be provided as evidence and a fairly quick turnaround in approving the claim. Top tip is take photos of your bike especially any upgraded parts and this made the process very smooth. Would recommend

Brilliant customer service and claims process

I cannot rate Bikmo highly enough. I have been insuring my bike with them for years and love the fact that I can update the value I want to insure as the price of bikes increases, ensuring that I will always be able to purchase a replacement bike at a like for like spec if I need to claim.

Recently, I was knocked off my bike by a car resulting in multiple fractures of both my bones and my bike frame! I contacted Bikmo from hospital for advice on whether or not I could claim, and then made my claim once I was discharged. The Bikmo support team were incredibly helpful and friendly at every stage. Hiscox, who underwrite the insurance, were also helpful and responded to my claim promptly. The payout was prompt and although my injuries mean that I'm not ready to purchase a new bike yet, the money is in the bank ready for when I am ready.
