Boardwalk have been fantastic from the get-go. Josh our point of contact for listing and the sale, and Ruby as our sales progressor, have made what can be at times a stressful and frustrating experience as easy as possible. We are so incredibly grateful for their efforts in making our sale and purchase happen. Ruby in particular has been a beacon of light throughout the whole process, and especially in the final few weeks. We could not recommend Boardwalk enough!

Rhia took care of us from the start, such a good communicator and negotiator, we really valed her input; truly professional and diplomatic in dealing with all the various agencies involved in our tricky chain.

Towards the end of the process we had Ruby who was excellent in tying up the loose ends and getting the job completed.

My experience with Boardwalk has been excellent and the whole selling process has been smooth from the outset. I can't recommend my client manager, Rhia, enough — she is honest, straightforward and easy to communicate with. My flat had been on the market with another agent for some time, without success. When I changed to Boardwalk, Rhia was proactive in finding me a buyer within a couple of weeks and, 12 weeks later, the sale is about to complete!
Ellis, my sales progressor, has also ensured that everything progressed in a timely fashion and communicated well between all parties, chasing up things when necessary.
All in all, they're a great team!

From start to finish, the service we received from Boardwalk was fantastic. Our agent, Mike, was friendly but professional, clear and attentive throughout. Our house was sold very quickly (less than a week), for a price we were delighted with. Boardwalk were above and beyond another popular Bristol agent with whom we had previously listed the house. Their approach was stylish and modern without the slickness that can be off-putting. When the solicitors needed a nudge, Ruby was persistent in pushing the sale forward and kept us in the loop all the time. If you’re selling your house in Bristol, I’d say just go with them. Thank you Mike and Ruby for helping to make a stressful process a lot less so.

Boardwalk have been a pleasure to deal with. Our house was marketed beautifully, with gorgeous pictures and features on social media and the newsletter. Communication has been consistent throughout the process from the beginning stages dealing with Holly to Ruby progressing the sale. Would absolutely recommend to potential sellers!

Communication was good during our process of putting our property on sale and getting viewings with Rhia, with plenty of updates and good advice on staging our home. We did have a sale fall through and some information not passed on to potential buyers but generally our experience was good. Much better comms than from other estate agents we've dealt with.

Ellis was an absolute star in getting our new purchase over the line despite it turning into a very drawn out process. He stayed calm and determined throughout which really helped us to stay sane at a stressful time. To say we're grateful is an understatement!

Communication with Elisa was easy and effective. She promptly found ways to make both our schedules work for the viewings and understood perfectly what we were looking for. During the viewing she was both informative and friendly, and gave us space to wander around the house on our own and take everything in. We’re super pleased with our experience.

We’ve really enjoyed dealing with Boardwalk- it really stands apart from other estate agents as none generic and artistic. Ester and Elisa looked after us and were so incredibly down to earth. Friendly and helpful. It hasn’t really felt like business but more of a series of lovely interactions. The photography is also next level and really captured the house without using silly distorting wide angles.

I can't fault Boardwalk at all throughout the entire selling process, they were so proactive and helpful and were fantastic at getting my property sold with beautiful marketing. Rhia was excellent, very communicative and I didn't feel she was unrealistic at all as can be the case with some estate agents! Both Rhia and Ellis were great at pushing the process along swiftly, chasing whoever needed to be chased and generally keeping me updated at every step of the way. Can't recommend them enough.
