We can’t recommend Rhia at Boardwalk highly enough - she was both enthusiastic and realistic and was always extremely prompt in updating us throughout. Ellis was also crucial in keeping everyone working towards one goal and he really took the stress out of the process for us. We will definitely use Boardwalk again for future moves!

We seemed to only be drawn to Boardwalk’s properties when house hunting as they were always in great locations and well presented.
Once our offer was accepted, Ruby was assigned as our sales progressor. We had regular and friendly communication throughout the purchase which made the (sometimes stressful) process much easier. Ruby really helped in the final stages to ensure both solicitors were on track and doing everything they could to complete as quickly as possible.

It started with a thoroughly considered valuation from Martin. This was promptly followed with some great photos of the house by a professional photographer and initial invites to viewings. We had plenty of interest and accepted a pretty good offer within a week. We're not across the line yet, but hopefully the rest of the sale process is as smooth and stress-free.

The bad service from boardwalk continues on. Cancelled a viewing without even telling me why, just sent a text. Really unprofessional as always. Doesn’t happen with any other agency, all others seem really professional.

Martin (Timms) came to do a valuation on my flat. His knowledge and understanding of the local area was very good likewise his valuation was well articulated and justified. Over all my meeting with Martin was informative and convivial. All in all he was professional in his manner and is a credit to the company.

Ruby at Boardwalk has been an absolute star during an incredibly stressful period of my life. During the process of selling our home and relocating to Wales to be near our daughter for support, my husband became seriously ill and was in intensive care. I was struggling to find out the progress on our sale from our own very unhelpful estate agent, despite them being fully aware of our personal circumstances. Ruby was working for the estate agent selling our purchaser's property and went above and beyond to support us, liaising with our daughter on our behalf, keeping us fully updated on progress on a regular basis to ensure the sale progressed as smoothly as possible and taking away a lot of uncertainty and worry from us, without compromising the confidentiality of our buyer.

I have sold many properties over the years, dealing with many Estate Agents and Ruby really shines out as someone who not only loves her job, but is incredibly meticulous and helpful. I can't recommend Ruby and her team at Boardwalk highly enough to anyone looking for a brilliant Estate Agent who go the extra mile.

Some background - my mum and dad have been trying to move over to Wales for sometime to be close to family especially since my dad became seriously ill and needed lots of support & NHS treatment. My mum & dad’s estate agents have been nothing but useless to say the least, extremely rude/ unhelpful and so inconsiderate given their difficult circumstances!

Ruby has been selling the house at the bottom of the chain so isn’t getting paid by my parents as she hasn’t sold their house however…..

the support, all the chasing, all the phone calls has been incredible! Nothing is ever too much trouble, she always follows through with what she says she is going to do & her knowledge is second to none!

For anyone looking at selling or buying in the area we can’t recommend Ruby and team enough! You won’t be disappointed - Ruby you are a superstar and we can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for our family & to help the sale proceed to completion!

Esther visited and gave us our initial valuation, she instantly gave us confidence and stood out from the other estate agents with her professionalism & market knowledge. When organising viewings she was communicative and sensitive to our schedule as we had a small baby.

Unlike other agents Boardwalk have excellent communication in house, so once sold you have a dedicated contact looking after your sale. We were looked after by Ruby who was able to keep us updated through the rest of the process and answer all our questions.

We went with Boardwalk after seeing all the overwhelmingly positive reviews but we were very disappointed. Communication was basically zero throughout the process. Even now after completing almost 3 weeks ago our online portal has not been updated (it was never up to date at any point during the process). We were persuaded to join the Boxing Day launch and we wish we hadn't as we were then completely lost in a sea of new properties and as everyone was out of office we could not communicate. We struggled with getting any viewings and the ones we did have were with different agents who did not have the correct information. Not only were they showing perspective viewers the wrong things and telling them wrong information but they were frequently late for viewings (we would vacate and sit at cafe over the road and keep an eye on things) but most frustratingly they would not communicate when they had finished the viewings and could return the property leaving us waiting outside in the cold for hours. Overall we would definitely not recommend Boardwalk and we would not use them again.

I’ve just sold a house using Boardwalk and they were great. Really lovely staff who were realistic and straightforward to deal with, and easy to get in touch with. We had some challenges in the process but our sales progressor Ruby was super helpful and very proactive. When it got stressful she was really supportive and reassuring. Would definitely reccomend

From the initial valuation right through to completion, Anna and Ruby at Boardwalk have made the whole sales process seamless. They’re extremely professional and will go an extra mile if needed - like making sure a postal delivery is collected during a viewing.
