Fantastic service from the pharmacist at Boots, Morpeth. I recently sought help regarding my husband's prescription and he was absolutely brilliant. He explained what I needed to do and the next steps. He definitely brought us peace of mind and went above and beyond. Thank you

I'm not quite sure who Boots the chemist actually is, as there are many of them scattered around the land. Still, if it is the Dundonald pharmacy, my only feedback is, 'fix your weight measuring scales' they are not properly measuring/accurately paying patrons correctly.' I've lost three stone in the last two years, but according to your scales, I've got the same weight measure today. Please resolve or my doctor thinks I'm bluffing' him. Otherwise, no issues with your positive corporate attitude.

Had a great experience in Boots the Chemist, Nantwich today.

Both Charlotte the Manager and Angela the pharmacist were more than helpful over a difficulty obtaining a drug via our surgery. They advised what to do and we followed their direction and were able to pick up the cancelled drug that day. Both Charlotte and Angela deserve praise because we were in quite a hole.

I used Boots Pharmacy - Hayes today
The assistant - ASMA she was FANTASTIC - her customer service was Great. She clearly explained to me that they were having issues with their store and she spent all her time making sure I had my medication and she kept me updated about the everything.

They agreed to automatically renew my regular prescription but failed to send promised text messages advising me that my medication was ready for collection. Local GP surgery confirms that this branch of Boots is 'a bit hit and miss' in this respect. (I'm going back to Pharmacy2U, who never fail to keep one informed of the status of one's order).

Whilst on holiday from Scotland, I visited Llangefni, Anglesey branch. I had run out of medication and the staff there made a fantastic effort to help me. They succeeded in contacting my local pharmacy and were able to give me an emergency supply.

Boots at Newmarket Road, Cambridge
The staff were rude, unpleasant and just shrugged their shoulder when an elderly woman had been waiting in the queue for over an hour and was told the medication would be ready (yesterday) but it wasn't ready ad so this was her second time waiting in the queue. I had been waiting in the queue for an hour too and was told the medication would be ready in 10 mins - it wasn't. It was another 25 minute wait.

Booked in advance online for a mole check. Waited for 10 mins whilst one of the four people behind pharmacy counter thought about serving me. Today is Monday. I was told mole checks only happen Tuesday/Thursday/Sat.
Would I like to rebook? No. I’ll go elsewhere more professional.

Went to Boots pharmacy Oswestry for some treatment cream for Rosacea.
Asked the assistant & she in turn asked the pharmacist.
Was then told they weren’t allowed to sell that sort of cream because it was for the face & was told to see a doctor.
I then looked up the cream on Boots online & low & behold there it was Cream for Rosacea.
I then went back to the Pharmacy & showed the assistant,she apologised & took me to the skin care aisle & it was on the shelf.
Not the first time I’ve had trouble with Boots Oswestry pharmacy.
They are absolutely useless & don’t really care.
Customers go to Day Lewis or Boots Shrewsbury if you want a result.
Boots Pharmacy Oswestry possibly the worst Pharmacy in the area.

Unfortunately the halfwits in the store are far more qualified than my GP. Not a brain between the jobsworths.

We went online to make our appointment to see the Pharmacist. This appointment was for today at 4 pm, we received 3 text messages two days before and one day before, confirming the appointment. Today we went into town, parked the car paying for parking then to kill time we had a coffee. We arrived at Boots 5 minutes before our appointment only to be told that no Pharmacist who deals with Malaria tablets works on a Wednesday. I said we had booked online and showed the confirmation text messages, the Pharmacist looked and said the online booking doesn't work, no apology was given for the inconvenience of us driving into town, infact the Pharmacist had the attitude (well tough) you will have to make another appointment.
Where has customer service disappeared to, or even a sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Plus Boots need to sort out their online booking system!

Appalling service called 10 times can’t be that busy as all other pharmacies have answered , I need a particular inhaler and was hoping they had 1 but as I say, shocking not to answer the phone

If I could leave no stars I could everytime I come here there’s an half hour wait to get served and then another half hour to wait for your prescription no staff terrible service

since the new layout the place has gone downhill. it's all just makeup etc now and you are frequently jumped on by sales persons. The pharmacy is almost non existent and you can't even ask the chemist a quick question without a appt which is normally not available.. I was told at 11.30 am that they had no more appts that day.
I no longer go to that store or the one in Broadmead which is as bad. I can see why Boots is struggling

We have been using a local chemist for many years but service has deteriorated. We have now changed over to Boots in Edmonton Green and items that we were informed were not available were supplied in 2-3 days along with other meds. Compliments to all Boots staff at Edmonton who are all friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks.

I was given an urgent prescription from 111 and sent to Boots at farnborough gate. I sent my partner down to collect …. Refused prescription due to closing in 15 minutes. This was an urgent prescription for antibiotics…. So angry

I have bought much of my make up and other face creams etc. from Boots (own brands), as I have some allergies. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to a particular colour in the No.7 eye shadow range, so emailed Customer Services to ask if the "ingredients " had changed. To say they were totally uninterested is an understatement! I don't have the receipt as I bought this a few weeks ago yet it is obviously a Boots product. When I had an issue with another very well known high street shop...and it wasnt even their own brand!.....the item was changed immediately. Boots have lost a customer, but it is obvious they don't care. Not surprised so many stores are closing.

Went to Boots at Bridport for usual monthly prescription:
1st visit: I was given some packages which I assumed to be all of entitlement. When arrived home discovered that some medications had not been included.
2nd visit: I returned to the store and spoke to same assistant who said that this was the fault of the medical centre as the items not included had not been prescribed. I was advised to return to the medical centre as it was “ their fault”.
At the medical centre I was given a copy of the prescription showing clearly that ALL of the medications HAD been included.
3rd visit: I returned to Boots yet again and produced the copy prescription ( after queueing yet again). The same assistant then realised that it had been her mistake and passed me over to another member of staff who was better equipped to resolve the issue.
4th visit: will be required because there was not enough product available to fill the order.
So in conclusion: After four visits I have to conclude that the staff at Boots Bridport are in need of substantial retraining. Please respond.

Second time at this new Boots now inside the shopping centre. Another case of bad service, unhelpful staff. Don't know attitude, not willing to help. Only self checkouts here..and a long queue..space at tills tight. I won't waste my time in this store again.

I visited Boots pharmacy in the Derbion .

I was concerned with the medication prescribed by my Doctor with my health conditions.

I spoke to Kira the pre reg pharmacist . She listened to my concerns , agreed and suggested I contact my Gp as they weren’t suitable .

I am now on a new medication that actually helps .

Thanks to Kira and all the Boots pharmacy team who were fabulous as usual .
