Mi è successa le stessa cosa lamentata dall'altro cliente Sarinsky. Ho comprato due anni fa una valigia Bric's e l'ho usata per la prima volta dieci giorni fa. Appena ho cominciato a farla camminare mi sono accorto che una ruota perdeva pezzi di gomma. poi man mano anche altre 2 e la quarta cominciava a sfaldarsi. Ho sentito Carucci care e mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare 40€ per il ricambio. Ho fatto notare che la garanzia, come da documento nel trolley, valeva x 5 anni. Mi hanno detto che le ruote non erano in garaanzia e di rivolgermi alla Bric's. Ho scritto e una certa Chiara mi ha detto che loro davano la garanzia di 2 anni non 5. quindi mai più Bric's. del resto cosa ci si poteva aspettare da un trolley made in China? Peccato non saperlo prima. Comunque con questo customer service chiuderanno presto. Consiglio: non comprate Bric's.

Ich habe seit Februar 2025 einen Defekt an meiner Tasche gemeldet.
Brics hat mir schriftlich zwei Mal den Ersatz der Teile zugesagt – passiert ist bis heute nichts.
Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen bekomme ich nur Ausreden und Vertröstungen.
Der Kundenservice reagiert, aber liefert keine Lösung.
Wer hier kauft, sollte wissen:

I would rate zero 0 if I could, Renato took payment since January last year, never collected the suitcase nor returned my payment back, jsu kept promising in a week now nearly 2 yrs nothing happens still. Never again with this product especially the service center who just takes money without doing their job
Issue with "Leather" handles
The bag itself is fine, but the "leather" handles are a big problem. I own a Siena 22" bag and the "leather" is coming off and keep crumbling. Basically, it is useless right now and I need to find something else, a better quality brand. Customer support wasn't helpful at all.
Broken Frame & Wheels in 18 Months
My Bric's bag frame broke within a year of purchase. I reached out to the India sales partner Helvetica who didn't help. Even escalated to the Bric's CEO Atillio who couldn't care to respond for weeks! I repaired it myself with superglue. After a few more months, the wheels lost their lining. Reached out to Helvetica again who said it will take 8 weeks for replacement wheels to come. It's been 3 months now. Escalated again to Bric's Italy who refused to acknowledge or respond.
I would expect better quality from a cabin bag that's $400++. Avoidable.

Ho acquistato un set di valigie dello stesso coloredurante il periodo dei saldi. Purtroppo a pochi giorni dall'acquisto il customer service mi avverte che una delle due non è disponibile e che procedono al rimborso. Accetto con disappunto perchè ovviamente il set è incompleto. Un mese dopo vedo la valigia il cui ordine era stato annullato sul sito, a prezzo pieno. La compro subito sperando che il servizio clienti mi rimborsi la differenza visto che era un oggetto che avevo già ordinato e che loro non mi hanno spedito. Inutile dire che non mi sono venuti incontro, credo che qualunque negoziante de visu avrebbe invece fatto questo gesto per accontentare un cliente che aveva disatteso, e poi la signora Mina al telefono mi ha praticamente riso in faccia. Non consiglio questo brand, a questi prezzi ci sono marchi decisamente più orientati al cliente.
Awful customer service in the the UAE - Middle East
I rarely share reviews but had to do one here. I bought a BRIC's life bag in the US last year, and the flocking has started to come off - the bag is literally crumbling away and cannot really be used any more.
After requesting a lot of information through multiple emails (pictures, proof of purchase, etc) the customer service team basically washed their hands off - even though the bag is clearly a real BRIC's item, they have taken the position that as it has been bought from an unofficial dealer, the warranty does not apply and it is now my problem.
This is very disappointing - there is clearly no real warranty on these bags and customer service is inexistent - one you have bought one, you are stuck with it with no recourse. If quality control were at the right level I suppose that would be OK, but the bags are clearly hit and miss with the occasional issue as I have had with mine.
Stay away from the brand if you value customer service - I give a particularly black mark to the Middle East team in Dubai who has shown complete total ineptitude to help.
My brics bag broke 18 months after…
My brics bag broke 18 months after purchase. I was told to pay e128 and I would get it back 12-22 days later. Two months later I am now told I need to pay another e28 to get it repaired and no idea when it will be back. Renato , the customer care person, was rude and difficult to deal with and ended up shouting at me. The worst customer care experience ever. I will never buy a brics bag again.

Not even worthy of one star, the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered expensive luggage and UPS lost it, BRIC’s have been utterly inept at handling this and do not tell the truth about their actions to resolve the loss, after six weeks they now don't bother to acknowledge me and have not refunded me. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I’ve had to go down a legal route to resolve this
Do not buy from them!
I bought a bag, and the strap was stained and defective. I contacted customer service straight away, but it took two weeks just to receive an acknowledgment of the issue. Fast forward two months, and I am still having to chase them. They do not reply to emails or customer requests.
I had to send pictures of the defective item multiple times, and they even questioned the legitimacy of my complaint, despite me notifying them immediately after receiving the item. They offered to replace the strap with one in a different colour, which does not match the bag! When I asked why, they simply said it was the only colour available and that there was nothing else they could do.
I requested a refund, and they told me they would get in touch – yet nothing has happened. A lot of money wasted, and to make matters worse, it was a gift!

My wheel feel off without being miss treated or overloaded and it took me 3 months for a response from a person about my bag that was less than one year old and they refused to repair the bag and was asking for money so I could send the parts and fix it myself. You are better getting a no name bag on amazon then one of their rollers.

I had the most astonishingly bad conversation with their care team member, Renato. Not only does Bric’s refuse to honor their five-year warranty, but they are also rude and ill-mannered. Just buy Samsonite or Tumi—this brand is not worth a penny.

Unfortunately, my experience with Bellagio suitcases has been extremely negative. Before the New Year, I purchased four suitcases from this brand, and they looked really beautiful. However, to my great disappointment, they didn't even withstand the first flight in business class!
One of the suitcases had paint come off the handle along with the tag, while another suitcase's handle broke off completely, along with the plastic! The weight of the suitcase was 22 kg. On the return flight, the same suitcase lost its second handle! Not even a month had passed since the purchase.
The company promises a 5-year warranty, but after lengthy correspondence over three weeks, I was offered to buy the repair parts myself. I am extremely disappointed! Your suitcases do not meet the luxury level; they are worse than Chinese suitcases costing 20 euros.
This is a complete deception and disrespect towards customers! I categorically do not recommend anyone to purchase suitcases from this company!
Rip-off
We bought seven suitcases, As we are a big family. Two of them already broke down because this is bad quality. One that was the wheel ripped off, the second has a huge dent. They are not useful for traveling, which is a problem if you buy a suitcase, which is not useful for traveling. they look good, but you have to be afraid that you lose your stuff because the suitcase breaks apart. I see this as a rip off., when you buy a suitcase which you can use for traveling. Not to mention the fact that they are extremely expensive.. I would expect high-quality for such a price. Any Chinese ripoff is better than that.
