I am disgusted with the customer service by Brics

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this luggage company. I placed an order for three pieces of luggage six weeks ago and paid immediately, but I have yet to receive the goods. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company via phone and email, I have received no response. It is unfathomable to me that in this day and age, a company cannot provide any information on whether they have shipped a product. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this brand to anyone. The lack of communication and customer service is appalling.

Shocking

Shocking. The handle on my BRIC’s suitcase has broken (once you look inside the expensive luggage you’ll see how low quality the product actually is). I paid €72.90 to get a replacement, which took the best part of a month to arrive. When it did arrive, it was immediately clear that the replacement handle was second hand; scuffed all over and the pressure points on the plastic from prior usage (the same pressure points that had snapped on my existing handle) clearly evident (ie this one won’t last very long either). When I pointed this out to their team (who eventually operate via WhatsApp) they just ignored me…. I even sent them a video of the offending handle, but to no avail. I’m not sure what recourse we have as UK customers dealing with an Italian consumer brand, but I won’t be buying any further products from them and would advise anyone that will listen to do the same. Stick to Samsonite, or just don’t go on holiday

Unbelievable after sales service

I contacted Bric's late November 2023 regarding a replacement part as my carry on spinner case handle has broken.
Seeing as there is no service agent in Australia, I was directed to Bric's USA, who told me to contact Bric's Italy, who told me to contact a parts supplier via WhatsApp.
I was responded to promptly by Raphael OF CARUCCI CARE, sent him photos and product codes and he sent me an invoice which was paid immediately.
I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PART.
I have been checking in with Raphael from Carucci care fortnightly and he is telling me that the part still has not arrived to him.
My patience having run out last week I contacted Bric's USA and asked for help - their response was that the could not help me as I was outside the US. Could not and definitely would not.
Considering Bric's is an international supplier of luggage, and not cheap luggage, I expected better support.
I will patiently wait for this part. There seems to be an uncaring disconnect regarding after sales service ( even considering you sell in a country that you dont supply a service agent for ).
I will not, nor will anyone I know be buying your brand again.

It's a terrible luggage to buy

It's a terrible luggage to buy. It's expensive and the handle comes off after the second use. Also the stitches came off which is beyond repair as per the principal advise to the repair centre. I've only used it for literally 3 times. I've paid around SGD 300+. Please avoid buying this luggage.

No customer care, do not order from their website!

I returned a defected luggage via fedex and expected a refund from brics milano. No one returned any of our emails, no status update despite our ongoing mails to ask them what the status is etc. Here is the reply we got from the customer care: “it looks like the refund was issued so maybe you should look at your banking statement and leave us alone.”. What kind of corporate brand would answer with such an unprofessional way! Super disappointed, it was one of my love brand honestly it is now at the end of my list. Shameful!

Wish i had read reviews before…

Wish i had read reviews before purchasing one of their very expensive cases. Absolutely zero aftercare when there is a problem. Been trying to reach them via email, call, whatsapp and they just ignore you. Really bad company - avoid at all costs! I for sure will never make a purchase from them again

Its a scam

Its a scam. Just avoid. No customer service. No response from the service for over a month through email or whatsapp. I have paid the repair cost for the parts provided for its legit repairing shop in Italy, but didnt receive the parts yet after 3 months. No reply from the customer service. Terrible.

Awful service and impossibly terrible experience

I placed an order on 12.01.2024, and since then, I have attempted to contact your team through various channels. I have invested over 6 hours in total trying to ascertain the whereabouts of my order.

On 15.02.2024, I received a refund and an email from Barbara, kindly stating that my bag had returned to Italy and that I could place another order if desired.

I even found their CEO email, nothing helped, they just had my money for one month and never sent me my order...

USELESS staff, incompetent staff, immature staff

I have dealt with Barbara and I forget the other one at Customer services dept. The worst customer service in history!! 11th Nov 2023 I returned their items via Klarna purchase until now they still won't update their side it's Feb 15th 2024 now!!

Don't Bric's owners see or know how incompetent their staff are? how they are bringing down the good reputation of Bric's?

Won't ever purchase with them again a long time customer, just extremely USELESS STAFF WHO INSIST ON PLAYING STUPID CHILDISH GAMES, such a strange behaviour, why bring down a company you work for!
Sent an email to the CEO and within 5 hours my complaint resolved, his name is Attillio Briccola and his email can be found on Google.

colis non reçu après 40j et aucune réponse de BRICS

Commande #2000001142 passée le 21 Décembre 2023. Le 29/12 sur le suivi transporteur je vois que le colis est bloqué à Paris car pas d'adresse de destination. La situation n'évoluant pas je décide de contacter BRICS pour les prévenir le 08/01 de ce souci. J'ai eu une réponse le 13/01 me disant que le colis ne m'est pas livré car je ne dois pas avoir mes coordonnées inscrites sur l'interphone/ boîte aux lettres...Donc une réponse hors sujet.
Le colis a depuis été retourné chez eux mais je n'ai toujours pas de réponse à mes différents messages. Il semble qu'il n'y a aucun suivi de leur part sur les expéditions. Or les sites marchand on la responsabilité des produits qu'ils envoient. Cela fait plus d'un mois que j'attends ma commande. C'était pour un cadeau. Je suis vraiment déçu.
Le service client est une catastrophe. Plus jamais je n'achèterais directement chez eux. Je commande beaucoup en ligne et je n'ai jamais vécu de telle situation.
Maintenant je veux recevoir le produit que j'ai commandé !

Achtung Betrug!

Die Waren sind gut, aber ich rate dringend davon ab, bei BRICS direkt zu bestellen. Ich habe vor 3 Monaten bestellt, auf zahlreiche Nachfragen erst vor 1 Monat die Antwort bekommen, dass die Ware nicht geliefert werden kann und man mir umgehend den Kaufbetrag erstattet. Seitdem bekomme ich auf mehrmalige Nachfragen nun gar keine Antwort mehr. Das Geld, knapp 500 Euro, wurde nicht zurückerstattet. Das ist nach meinem Kenntnisstand kein Einzelfall. Das ist Betrug.

Customare care pessimo

La mia recensione si riferisce al sito e alla vendita online con relativo customer care: tutto PESSIMO. Attendo un rimborso da un mese, dal servizio clienti non mi danno risposte, ho pagato la spedizione del reso a mie spese fornendo il tracking di avvenuta ricezione e aspetto una risposta da settimane.
Se potete comprate nei negozi fisici e lasciate perdere il servizio online

Amazing Service at Las Vegas Store 89106

This review is for the Store at 855 S Grand Central Parkway - Las Vegas 89106

I was extremely impressed with the service received from Evie and Stephany. I spent a considerable amount of time thinking about a bag. Both sales consultants were extremely knowledgeable and ended up leaving the store to have a think about it .
I retuned and was so impressed with the product kwowlegde of the team. super impressed in fact. They were both able to answer all of my questions about the product, warranty and comparisons between PD and Brics luggage. I would highly recommend this store for the amazing service - they were polite professional and highly knowledgable about the product. Thank you Evie and Stephany !

extrêmement déçue je ne recommande plus leurs produits

Achat le 25/11/2023 pour Christmas.
Montant 108,90 € . Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande.
Bon à savoir , leur site internet lors de la commande ne permet pas de mettre un complément d'adresse ( exemple appartement no 8)
Jai téléphoné toutes les semaines depuis novembre 2023 avec envoi de mail régulier, ils ne remboursent toujours pas.
Extrêmement déçue alors que, je suis une cliente régulière ( achats en boutique) pour moi et mes collègues de travail ( cadeaux pour les pots de départ / retraite etc ) . Plus jamais je ne recommanderai leurs produits auprès de mes collègues (compagnies aériennes nationales françaises et collègues Italiennes )

Horrible customer support

Horrible customer support, an individual named Barbara who obviously was not suited for her job. They don’t honour the conditions and terms of their webpage and they lie with respect to delivery, ie that there were attempts to deliver when I could see that the luggage had never left Italy.
Stay away from Brics if you are interested in actually receiving any goods.

Awful shopping experience

Yet it seems another dissatisfied customer. Awful company to deal with. I have received a poorly made backpack with one of the zips braking within a couple of uses. In addition, Fedex has billed me for import duties and tax, even though Bric's clearly states on their website all fees are paid for by the company.
When contacting their customer service I only receive a reply saying the query has been forwarded to the relevant department, with no further response.

I have purchased a lot of Bric's luggage in the past and have always loved their products, but this will be my last purchase.

Don't buy Brics

If I could give a zero rating I would.
Paid a small fortune for a suitcase, used it twice and the wheel broke. Contacted Brics in Sept and still waiting for a replacement wheel. Utterly diabolical customer service. Spend your money elsewhere as these jokers couldn't care less about their inferior overpriced so called luxury brand.
