Service après vente et garantie médiocres
J'essaie par tous les moyens de remplacer une roue qui a fissurée dû à l'usure (pour une valise d'environ 200euros).
Déjà, c'est difficile de trouver quelqu'un qui réponde. Ensuite, une fois trouvé :
- oubliez le remplacement en urgence, la livraison que l'on me propose est de 5-8 jours estimés. Pas possible de faire de livraison en express même si le client comme moi est prêt à payer pour cela, donc en cas d'une roue qui casse sur votre trajet, et que vous ne pouvez pas attendre, autant jeter la valise et en racheter une autre ....
- De plus, s'agissant de la garantie, on me répond qu'elle ne marche pas sans même me demander quel etait le problème, puis voici ce que l'on m'a envoyé après avoir insisté : "do not cover damage caused by air-naval-sea carriers." Car dans ce cas là on devrait "file a complaint" auprès de cette compagnie qui est probablement assurée pour cela. Mais : dans mon cas cela est simplement dû à l'usure, car oui je l'utilise souvent, et on ne me confirme toujours pas que la garantie marche, et l'on me dit de contacter un "local store" or il n'y en n'a pas près de moi, et je n'arrive à contacter personne d'autre chez Bric's que eux ...
- S'agissant de remplacer la roue par une trouvée ailleurs, cela me semble impossible avec les recherches que j'ai fait, car ça n'a pas l'air d'être une roue "universelle" mais spécifique à la marque,
Donc je ne trouve pas de solution, et même si je dois payer (injustement).

This is with doubt the worst company for customer service that I have ever dealt with. I had a simple warranty problem with a suitcase that was only 3 months old and it took a year to resolve! Their current product quality is debatable but their customer service is not. It is awful. The company is difficult to communicate with, do not respond and are quite simply unhelpful.

Der bestellte Koffer wurde in einer falschen Farbe geliefert, das Retournieren war sehr nervenaufreibend. Ich schickte x emails, und retournierte schließlich auf eigene Kosten (ca. €25,-) den Koffer an die auf der HomePage angegebene Adresse (bekam keinerlei Info vom Kundendienst wohin ich zurückschicken kann) und wartete Wochen auf die Bearbeitung. Ich kehrte reumütig (trotz höherer Preise) in den stationären Handel zurück (entschied mich, aufgrund dieser unmöglichen Behandlung, selbstverständlich für eine andere Marke)
Ich habe so etwas noch nie erlebt.
Leider hatte ich die, leider wahren, Rezensionen nicht vorab gelesen.
Wichtig für alle denen es so geht wie mir: binnen 14 Tagen unbedingt Widerrufserklärung ausfüllen und sowohl per mail an brics schicken, wie auch in das Retourenpaket legen.

Their return service and customer care is terrible.
Return something and they will want you to pay, and then they will refuse to accept it.
So I’ve paid for the product I’ve returned the bag and I will not receive the refund because they don’t acknowledge the return item,
Their delivery takes far longer than they advertise, and then they blame everyone else and won't take any responsibility.

Bric’s lies, rips customers off and their customer service has no regard for the paying customer.
We have had an ongoing dialogue with Bric’s since July about the return of an item. Bric’s accepted the return, on the basis we would pay for the shipping costs. We did this. Bric’s refused to provide a customs details but said to send the package anyways. We did this. The package has been sitting in a UPS Warehouse in Carpi for the last month and UPS have tried to contact Bric’s. “ UPS has informed us that your receiver has refused to clear this shipment through local Customs.” is what we have received. This is an expensive parcel. I have spoken to Bric’s daily on the phone and they have said that they are looking into this. They clearly have not been. I have never come across such incompetent customer service from a company that pretends to be “luxury”. I would recommend avoiding all dealing with this business. I cannot believe how bad, frustrating and distasteful this experience has been.

I bought 2 sets of Brics luggage
I bought 2 sets of Brics luggage. Since the first time using the luggage the wheels continuously break. This has happened on a carry on and on both of my larger suitcases. I have contacted them because they are still under warranty. However they will not do anything. I would NEVER buy their luggage again!!

Cabin bag broke after less than 10 flights - customer care ignoring my emails.
I have bought 4 separate bags from Bric's throughout the years. One of them, a cabin bag broke this spring - and I figured I wanted to reach out to see if it was possible to receive a new wheel or even a replacement bag.
After getting an instant reply, I had to wait 2 weeks to get an update. I reminded them, and then they waited another two weeks until telling me they'll send me a new bag/wheel (no specification). After having not received anything despite them having my address for another two weeks, I reached out a third time - which they replied to by giving me a link, through which I was supposed to fill out my address (again).
Now they are ignoring me, and of course I haven't received anything.
I can accept that a bag can breake, but it's quite clear that they simply don't care about their customers. Unfortunately.
Poor quality product, warranty refused with no explanation
Finest Italian craftsmanship and a 5-year warranty? I saw the reviews here, but I thought surely Bric's cannot be that bad.
Well, the wheel on my suitcase broke on its second use, as I was walking down a cobbled street.
It was then that I checked the conditions of the so-called "warranty", which are extremely restricive to the point that it renders the "warranty" practically useless. Yet, I did not violate any of the conditions and have documentary evidence and a witness to prove it.
Notwithstanding all this, Bric's simply refused the repair under warranty without a single explanation given. This is over seven email exchanges, where I proved to them one by one that I did not violate any conditions. In my assessment, this amounts to intentional consumer deception and manufacturer warranty fraud.

Worst purchase ever 2 suitcases broken during the first trip...handle ripped of because it is a metal screw in plastic. Wanted to get reimbursed but was not accepted...only repair!...reparto the handle the same way as before and ripped out again with 22kg....also clothes wet with light rain since the zippers are terribile quality......disgraceful for the price they ask. And also the fact that thos is the only active place to review probably means they managed to eliminate all others due to the General opinion of them.

Ho acquistato un portafoglio da uomo della serie Porsche design dallo shop online di Bric's.
Dopo pochi mesi già presentava segni pesanti di usura sia all'esterno che all'interno tanto da renderlo impresentabile.
Ho segnalato la cosa a Bric's il 12 giugno e dopo alcuni rimpalli tra i loro servizi siamo ridicolmente arrivati al 20 luglio con al massimo la frase "abbiamo segnalato al nostro reparto".
Mai visto un servizio clienti così inconcludente per un marchio che pretende essere di classe.

Non avevo ancora messo la recensione dopo la pessima esperienza avuta l'anno scorso, ma penso sia giusto inserirla! Ho acquistato un trolley Bric's su Ebay da un venditore privato, trolley nuovo, sigillato, ancora con etichette e un tagliando che riportava la garanzia di ben 5 anni. Dopo 2 viaggi le ruote si sono completamente distrutte, la gomma si é sfracellata. In pratica ero in vacanza e non sapevo come fare, dato che dovevo fare della strada a piedi per arrivare in stazione, un disagio assurdo! Bene dico, sarà difettoso e scrivo subito al servizio clienti: mi risponde una persona spocchiosissima e maleducata (tale Renato Carucci) che mi dice che dato che il trolley é stato acquistato non in un negozio mi devo attaccare al tram (anche se il prodotto é visibilmente difettoso, perché manco i trolley acquistati dai cinesi hanno questa qualità pessima) e che se avessi voluto un set nuovo di ruote avrei dovuto pagare (e il set costava più di 50 euro più spedizione). Inoltre si é inventato cose come che "il trolley era stato acquistato usato" e che l'avrei fatto correre solo sulle 2 ruote posteriori con grande peso all'interno, cosa non assolutamente vera, lavandosi di fatto le mani perché per loro non era un difetto di fabbricazione ma uso errato del prodotto.
Per fortuna ho risolto con un set di ruote comprato per quattro soldi su un noto sito cinese, che guarda caso, dopo un anno e almeno una decina di viaggi sono ancora perfette, alla faccia dell'utilizzo gravoso ed errato che adduceva il sig. Carucci.
Lasciate perdere questo marchio, é il peggio del peggio, volevo spendere di più per un prodotto di qualità ma é meglio andare su altre marche.

Having spent £300+ on a case from this company, I expected it would last more than two journeys before the zip came away from the case. I contacted the ‘customer service’ team via email, and was told to contact them via WhatsApp - they were no help, and the attitude that I received was disgraceful. I would recommend AVOIDING THIS COMPANY. Disgraceful customer service, poor quality products.

Il Sig. Carucci è stato di una gentilezza rara: non solo ha risposto in modo sempre reattivo, ma ha decisamente fatto molto più del necessario per aiutarmi.
Un servizio rapido, eccellente e cortese. Consigliato!!!

Rubbish after sales and dubious quality
I've had bric's cases for years and they have been fine - the last 3 have been broken on their first outing - the cases are hard and corners round, the round corners have just been cracked - Obviously I've taken it up with Brics who tell me to go back to the airline who give £100 which goes nowhere near meeting the cost of the £400 case (paid because I thought they were long term travel investments) - brics then refer to their repair service who want nothing to do with it - they also pass back to the airline - on my third communication now and we just go around in circles, they have no interest whatsoever

To my great surprise, they were never delivered.
After waiting 1 month, I was told that the transport company had sent the suitcases back to base.

New bag zip separated after first journey (by train) and BRIC said the bag was not under warranty and that I need to pay for the repairs myself.
