Il loro servizio clienti è inaccettabile, non hanno mostrato nessuna volontà di risolvere la situazione nonostante i miei sforzi. Evita Bric's: è una truffa totale.
My experience with Bric's has been a nightmare. They sent me the wrong order, and for over a month, I've been fighting to return it and get my 1500 euros back – without success.
Their customer service is beyond appalling. Despite repeated attempts to sort this out, they've shown no willingness to resolve the issue. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
Save yourself the trouble and money—don't buy from Bric's. My advice: look elsewhere.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. Bought expensive carry on (€600) where handle keeps collapsing so unusable. Contacted customer services @ brics.it and 2 months later they keep sending me to different email addresses and WhatsApp numbers with no resolution. Avoid at all cost. Expensive rubbish.

I ordered from Brics.it for my brother's 40th birthday. I ordered a bag and then cancelled that order and re-placed (within an hour) and emailed to clarify with them. After 2 weeks (after me querying with them)
they confirmed it was all sorted. After one month, the cancelled order arrived....I asked several times when I would be refunded my €400 for the bag, which Barbara in customer service repeatedly ignored. I tried an online chat, which several "customer service reps" ignored. Long story short, I requested a recharge via my bank, and only then did they issue my refund. I genuinely believe someone was hoping I would give up on my refund for the cancelled order, as they went to great lengths to create as much confusion as possible, changing order numbers etc. The bag is decent, but absolutely not worth the hassle. If you value your time and money, don't bother.

I bought an expensive Bric's bag. Both of the feet, fell off on the first use. I contacted Bric's directly, they wouldn't send me new feet, I had to pay for them.
That was almost 9 months ago. After repeated emails and phone calls, they are finally sending the new parts. No apologies, etc. HORRIBLE customer service.
No one would sign there name either until the last guy, that finally got the job done.

Genuinely the worst customer ‘care’ I’ve every experienced. I purchased the Medium City backpack in nylon. The rubberised edge finish on the top handle completely cracked. Renato on their quality care team acknowledged it was a manufacturing fault. He agreed to repair the bag. After months of chasing I received the ‘repaired’ bag back. The repair was appalling. Messy black paint all over the handle. Definitely not representative of Italian craftsmanship they aspire to and not the finish I was willing to accept (it looked counterfeit at best). I requested a new replacement bag but Renato informed me the edge cracking would happen again as it is a design fault (the bag is still on sale). I then asked to return the faulty bag for a refund. This was a painful annd very unpleasant experience. Renato was extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional on the phone. He screamed at me and told me I’d cost the company enough money already. I was genuinely shocked but finally received a refund 8 months after I flagged the fault. I’ve loads of Bric’s pieces but will never purchase again due to the shocking treatment I received when I’d a faulty item!

I bought a nice backpack from Bric's in Milan & after few months my item was broken. I send an E-Mail with pictures to you and they told me that the driver will pick up my item and they will fix it - sounds great. Then no answer from them after that.. just NOTHING! When I asked (E-Mail, WhatsApp, Facebook) they are saying to me: ''still checking'', how many months are you checking!! Because is already more than 4 months!
And you Bric's Company are telling to us that you are a premier luxury travel brand!

Yet another bad customer service experience. Do not buy! No honour of warrantee.
The stitching has come undone around my bellagio suitcase. I sent a picture to customer service for repair under the 5 year warrantee as my case is only 2 years old. I was told that they would not honour the warrantee because it could be due to negligence and that they would charge 112 euros. There is a seal around the stitching, there is no possible way to damage the seam myself. I asked to speak to a manager to complain and my replies have been picked up but ignored by Renato Carucci in the care management team. I will be taking this further but I would not recommend brics and will not be purchasing from them again. Bear in mind, I have the large suitcase, carry on, hold all, wash bag and vanity bag. I have been a very good customer and so this service is despicable.

Avoid, not worth the money
I have bought a few Brics items in the past few years as I like the design but the wheels on my suitcase keep breaking (I replaced them twice), and the straps on my backpack broke for no reason whatsoever. So quaity is not there for the price, and the customer service is utterly useless and rude to customers, plus they do not care of the warranty. They won't get any more money from me for sure.
Good looks conceal poor workmanship and design. Avoid!
I mistakenly bought a new Brics set of x5 bags & suitcases. The quality has severely dropped compared to their 'vintage' products. Wheels snap off suitcases, zips break, stitching comes undone, and the fabrics lose colour (i.e. the 'Alba' range, black, yet every scrape and scuff shows brown!). In short, the products are badly designed. In my experience, they have not once honored their warranty. For example, replacement wheels are £40 plus delivery. Just avoid.

Avoid - straps brake during routine use
I own two Bric bags - the first a laptop style bag that broke on day one; the strap buckle broke during routine use. The customer service was poor - they just give you the run around, making promises about replacements that they do not deliver. Now they don't respond to my emails at all. The second just broke today - again the strap buckle during routine use. Bottom line - Bric bags look good but are ultimately cheap in the parts the matter and brake during routine use (twice for me). Their customer service is also very poor so don't waste your time complaining or your money buying.
Shockingly disgusting customer service
Shockingly disgusting customer service. A wheel fell off both my large and medium suitcase after only a couple of trips. They refused to honour the warranty and didn’t even meet the EU a legal requirements. Steer well clear of BRICS

I bought a Large Bric suitcase and the rubber came off two wheels as I wheeled it from my arrival airport to a taxi….. on its first outing! It only weighed 18kg so was not overpacked. Having read previous reviews I am in accordance with them and would not recommend or buy a Bric suitcase again.
Substandard goods with a false “warranty”
I bought the large Brics 65cms trolley in May 2021 having owned many Brics cabin luggage suitcases for years. More often that not my hand luggage was put in the hold and was always returned to me perfectly.
After only 2 uses the zip broke on the large 65cms trolley and also one wheel came off.
For 2 months now I have been trying to get a satisfactory conclusion from Brics but to no avail. I got transferred to WhatsApp customer service team and their representative “Renato” has been nothing but rude since October.
The list of reasons of what could have gone wrong with the suitcase is extensive to say the least but the actual manufacturer Brics are in no way to blame ( in their eyes).
The suitcase was obviously faulty from the start and now I am left with an unusable suitcase.
Their “5 year warranty” is a complete scam.
Do not buy a Brics suitcase ever……

If there was an option of 0 star- that’s would I would give them. They do not honour there warranty and customer service is extremely rude. My empty, cabin luggage cracked at home- and they have refused to do anything about it. Giving a long list of reasons why it could have cracked ( basically that either it’s the airline , or it has been exposed to some material” Me and my entire family have a large collection of Brics luggage and we used to propagate Brics earlier- but now I would say- never buy Brics.
Brics Milano does not honor Warranty
The 5 Year warranty as told to me during purchase is just a Sham.
The trolley handle function of my Brics suitcase was not working, and was clearly a defect caused by poor quality of product. I emailed the customer service, and they blamed a hundred reasons for the defect instead of their own poor quality product. They asked EUR 79 for replacement mechanism, for a fault which is clearly brands fault.
They do not have global network of repair centers, and refused to even inspect. They are scamming customers by selling a product they claim is of high quality where as its just a very poorly manufactured product.
I travel extensively, and usually use suitcases from manufacturers like Tumi and Samsonite who have extensive repairs network, and always honor warranty.
I recommend everyone to stay away from this brand. The customer service is just horrible.
Not fit for purpose. Do not buy.
I bought a suitcase and the wheel snapped off after 6 uses. I emailed Customer Service who tried to blame everyone and thing aside from the bad quality and craftmanship of their product and refused to replace or repair the case - unless I paid 160 euros for the latter. I did not expect to invest in what I deemed to be a good quality product and trusted brand to be treated in such a way. If you are considering investing in durable and long-lasting luggage, I recommend you look elsewhere.
